The hotel and its staff provide everything necessary to guarantee a pleasant and comfortable stay (I had a problem and Mauro resolved it satisfactorily, Laura also responded satisfactorily to a request, the room cleaning lady also gave me what I asked for very kindly, I am very grateful to them).
