If this hotel has more amenities, that’s nice. Because there are no coffee machines and kettle. This area nothing supermarket. But here is very beautiful and quite!

It is a nice hotel, located in the jungle, where several hotels are located, but you always need mobility to go out. The Internet works more or less and the air could be better, I went in December where it was very hot.

It was like being in a loft in the rainforest; the room was spacious and the bed comfortable; the room had a wall of windows to the jungle and a small balcony into the forest; we had both sun and a rainforest downpour, which was kind of cozy in the room. We stayed for two nights to visit the Iguazu Falls on both sides of the border (definitely go to Brazil!). The hotel has seen better days; the bathroom was dated and that might have been where you could see the age the most -- though the layout of the property was somewhat grand, with space between buildings that house the rooms, another that had the restaurant, and a separate area for the pool and some play area for kids. The breakfast was a bit limited and had attendants serving small portions at the buffet, probably because people have taken advantage of the free breakfast; but the options were somewhat limited and the fruit was not terribly fresh or ripe. It was nice to have a pool to jump into and the temperature was good; no hot tub. The location was driving distance to the small, somewhat rundown town. Once you go over the border into Brazil, it's a whole different economic reality; much more development, money and infrastructure. The price was good so the value was decent.

Bad lighting in the room, in addition to broken light bulbs in the bathroom that were never fixed. The smell of pee from the bathroom is unbearable. Lack of general cleaning. The attention, massages, food in the restaurant is good.

The stay was wonderful. Reception and services, as well as restaurants, are excellent. We recommend it to anyone who likes and seeks contact with nature! But there are always points for improvement: - air conditioning did not cope due to high temperatures (above 35°C) - sheets were smelly.

The place itself is beautiful, the service is friendly but mostly very careless. They are uninformed, they told us things a thousand times that were later contradicted, I asked for something and they always brought me something else. The food is bad, but it's not crazy. Breakfast average average. It lacks taste and variety. The eggs without bacon lack cooking, and I had to ask several times for basic things such as cutlery, napkins, ice, sugar, etc. The pool is beautiful. The room has a very musty smell and leaves a lot to be desired. The TV is not smart and on top of that it has a stripe in the middle that makes it difficult to see. It doesn't have an electric kettle, and the worst thing is that the Shampoo is supposed to be a duo, and the shower gel is the same slimy thing with a bad smell that leaves your hair hard. We had to buy liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner and toothpaste. I once again say that the place itself is beautiful, the peace and calm is wonderful, but don't say that it is a 4 star because that is scamming people. If they told me it was a 3 star I would be happier but I expected something else.

Excellent hotel located in the beautiful jungle. Very quiet and comfortable rooms and all facilities. Everything was impeccable and the attention of the staff was excellent, very friendly. I highlight the jacuzzi in the jungle and the gastronomy. I recommend it to rest and relax
