No hay piscina y hay fotos de él. Las instalaciones están muy viejas y malgastadas. Las ventanas no se abren y el aire acondicionado es muy antiguo y hace mucho ruido

L’hotel està bé, tenint en comte que està lluny del centre; l’habitació està correcta però una aixeta del bany perd aigua. Encara van amb claus. L’entrada, bar i salons estan modernitzats, molt bona imatge.

The entrance and eating area are nice but sadly that's where the niceties end, rooms smell of sewerage, seriously dirty and old fashioned air conditioning that's so loud you can't use it, had to ask for a fan as it was so hot, no kettle in room either,booked bed & breakfast but the selection is very poor, choice of ham or cheese sub type roll and 1 small croissant/chocolate pastry with a glass of orange juice, coffee, tea and water also available, very over priced with the choice and state of room no kettle etc in room, I would not choose to stay here again

El trato del personal es excelente, la señora rubia de recepción, bar, restaurante,..... Se portó muy bien, creo falta personal las mujeres se deben multiplicar por todos lados, el bar está muy bien y bien de precio, el restaurante no lo recomiendo, carta escasa y poca variedad, pero para salir del paso está bien, la habitación amplia y limpia, pero si quieres descansar es literalmente imposible, el aire acondicionado es de la prehistoria y hace un ruido tremendo y si lo paras te asas de calor y entonces es el de la habitación de al lado el que no te deja dormir, estuvimos dos noches sin dormir, es caro para el nivel de descanso que ofrece, a pesar del excelente personal no creo que volvamos nunca. En passage à Igualada j’ai atterri en famille dans cet hôtel, certes que c’est propre mais le prix de la nuitée est vraiment excessif par rapport au service et à l’emplacement, en plus le petit déjeuner est nul pour un tel hôtel. Le service et l’accueil ne sont pas à la hauteur, et tout les services associés à l’hôtel ferme à 22h00, surtout qu’on était en période d’été.

Un hotel que no vale lo que cuesta. Calidad del descanso, un 0. Si, como en nuestro caso, te dan la habitación de al lado del ascensor, a las 6-7 de la mañana ya no puedes dormir. Cada vez que alguien lo coge es un ruido que te despierta. 75€ por noche por una habitación medio reformada, con baños antiguos. La atención del personal y limpieza bien, pero pensamos que es un error imperdonable el ruido del ascensor. Se indica “tiene parking”, bueno es una batería de coches delante del hotel, al exterior.

El hotel esta correcto y para el precio no habria nada que objetar excepto el servicio durante el checking. Nunca habiamos recibido un trato tan lamentable, prepotente y poco profesional.

Pasé mi infancia en la zona, así que vuelvo de vez en cuando. No hay muchas opciones, así que, a veces, venimos a este hotel. Pero este año hemos decidido que no vamos a volver. En las dos últimas ocasiones hemos visto cómo han pasado a priorizar el bar, ante los huéspedes del hotel. Muchas veces tienes que picar para que vengan a atenderte, y cuando lo hacen, es tarde y con mala cara. Tuve que entregar las llaves al marchar a una señora que ni me miraba a la cara, que estaba allí por casualidad, y que me soltó un resoplido en toda mi cara. Por cierto, el checking es a las 14h, ni se os ocurra pedir que os dejen entrar antes porque no lo harán jamás, aunque esté lloviendo intensamente, como fue nuestro caso. Lo único positivo, que es por lo que volvíamos, es la habitación que es amplia. Pero vamos a prescindir totalmente de volver.
