Hotel molto pulito con camere tenute bene e nuove. Il personale è molto gentile. Colazione, pranzo e cena con un ricco buffet. Rivedrei un attimo il menù per i bambini perché c'era poca scelta. Comunque per il resto ci siamo trovati benissimo. Lo consiglio come hotel

Purtroppo le "pulizie" vengono effettuate in maniera grossolana, quasi inesistente. Ho acquistato al supermarket spugne e disinfettante per pulire da sola. Stanza del 1800, gli altri ospiti potevano vedere l' interno della nostra camera inquanto la " porta d'ingresso" è rotta e ovviamente molto rumorosa. Nostante la presenza del box doccia tutta l acqua esce da sotto allagando il pavimento del bagno. Personale scorbutico, zero sorrisi, pare che siano tutti infastiditi dalla presenza degli ospiti(una sola cameriera al ristorante gentile). Cibo veramente IMMANGIABILE. Si salva la colazione che è nella norma. Spendete qualche soldo in più ma NON ANDATE IN QUETSO POSTO!

La mia esperienza presso questo albergo è stata negativa. È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui: l’anno scorso mi sono trovata bene, ma purtroppo quest’anno non è stata la stessa cosa. La mia camera era situata sopra le cucine, e tutti gli odori provenienti da lì mi arrivavano direttamente in stanza. Ho segnalato il problema al proprietario, il quale mi ha suggerito di scegliere una stanza di livello inferiore oppure di tenere chiusi finestra e balcone. Premetto che mi sveglio molto presto al mattino e mi piace leggere sul balconcino, ma quest’anno non è stato possibile. Inoltre, ho notato che la qualità dei cibi rispetto allo scorso anno è davvero scadente. Non ritornerò mai più.

Sensational! Hotel Lively was the highlight of our vacation. From the welcome to the departure, everything was extremely beautiful and everyone seemed to do their work from the heart. We were pampered with 5-star food (tip: enjoy the mint lemonade, Bianca's delicious cakes, every meal = a special experience...). Thanks Jona and Marco from restaurant! We even got a sensational meal on the way home. A big thank you goes to Kevin, who helped us in every situation, especially with a minor car accident. The entire team was perfect! Many more could learn from the hospitality of this exceptional hotel! Grazie a tutti!!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Lively questa settimana ed è stato tutto perfetto. È il secondo anno che scegliamo questa struttura ed il ricordo positivo dell'anno passato è stato confermato. Personale qualificato, gentile e disponibile, pronto ad accogliere ogni nostra richiesta. Colazione ottima con tanti tipi di dolci fatti in casa, pranzo e cena con grande varietà durante il corso della settimana. Ringraziamo il titolare e la moglie per la loro ospitalità, i nostri bimbi si sono sentiti a casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente!!
