We were about to check in at 18. 30 hrs in 19th aug 2022, but hotel not upto standard as per images shared. Dirty and unhygienic (all pillows, bed, bedsheets. Hotel staff didn't riven care when we told we are nit checking in. . It was rainy and evening and we were stranded. Luckily we got another hotel but at higher price as we booked last minute. Could not contact at emergency. No cancellation possible. Call back could happen after a day by then had to lose the money. Refund offered was very less (just rs. 500. they offered another room but actually they hadn't. Even if they offered, sure it woukd have been bad as the entire hotel environment was bad. And though we were dissatisfied

Pols do not visit this place it's very tacky. And the service is very slow. The waiters are good though. But it's fakely charged and it's not even half it's worth. We cudnt stay even an hour so we moved out in half hr. Pols don't waste your hard earned money on this place.
