Localização ótima, bela vista para o Rio Tietê, e aparentemente com infraestrutura. Mas acaba não cumprindo a expectativa. Fomos em família, grupo de 10, em 3 chalés. Quartos de bom tamanho mas com manutenção sofrível, nenhuma decoração, portas e janelas totalmente deteriorados, mal fechavam, algumas maçanetas soltando parafusos. Colchões e travesseiros péssimos, dos mais desconfortáveis que já vi, as noites foram bem ruins com a qualidade oferecida. Chuveiro elétrico ruim, dos mais baratos. Pelo tamanho do quarto um pouco mais de decoração e mas cabides seria razoável para abrigar 4 pessoas. Piscina legal, mas faltavam guarda-sois, e quase todos os disponíveis estavam defeituosos. Equipe de garçons atenciosa e presente, mas no geral o serviço era confuso e demorado, esperamos mais de 50 minutos por um prato executivo. Ceia de ano novo ok, comida de boa qualidade, caipirinhas boas, churrasco nem tanto.

Excellent location with exceptional view of the Tiete River and the dam. The property sits high and has individual villas with adjacent parking. The complex also has a nice swimming pool and a bar. The rooms are clean and the staff very helpful. We were told we are the very first travelers booking with *******. Traveled from Indianapolis to see my parents in Brazil and they really liked as well. Highly recommended.

Hotel simples , mas tudo muito limpo e organizado. Café simples, bem organizado e saboroso. Funcionários bem educados e atenciosos. Piscinas climatizadas, brinquedoteca e quadra de areia. Estrutura muito boa para um final de semana em família. Ótimo custo benefício.

Pontos negativos ▪️ Garagem um pouco apertada. ▪️ Atendimento do bar da piscina na parte da noite poderia ser melhor. ▪️ Preço justo para o que o hotel oferece. Refeições com preço justo no hotel.

O hotel ao estilo campestre, faz do Panorama Park Hotel, um lugar muito agradável e acolhedor. Seus chalés contam com TV, frigobar, ventilador e ar condicionado. A estrutura é muito boa, contando com 3 piscinas, redário, bar e um salão para convenções. Tudo isso aliado a muito verde! Fomos muito bem acolhidos e tivemos uma ótima experiência.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosis . A vista é espetacular e a piscina uma delicia à parte! Os chalés são agradáveis e o café da manhã muito completo!! Quadras de vôlei e futebol fazem a alegria das famílias. Voltaremos com certeza!
