Superbe golf, vues époustouflantes, entretien remarquable,... Et les cours pertinents de Saddek, De plus l'Academy est super bien équipé, A découvrir absolument, vous vous régalerez. Je donne mon avis que pour le golf, j'ai séjourné ailleurs.

On aimera ou on aimera moins l’architecture très massive de ce palace. Dans notre cas et vous l’aurez deviné nous n’avons pas aimé : tout est démesurément grand, sauf les chambres qui sont petites. Le service est souriant mais très approximatif : les navettes ne sont pas là aux heures convenues, la commande des boissons aux restaurants doit transiter par le bar et mieux vaut se montrer très patient. L’offre de vins au verre est quasi inexistante et les prix astronomiques pour le Maroc et des vins marocains. Heureusement les deux restaurants sont bons et la literie excellente. Pour les amateurs de golf, le parcours est magnifique.

I came twice in the past 2 months and i don’t regret it. This hotel is unique because of the architecture, the atmosphere but also because you have a very good service. You can enjoy outdoor or action sports. An amazing spa, 2 swimming pools and 2 restaurants with different cuisine.

This fabulous experience has honestly been one in a million chance. My sister and I adored the furniture, me especially, and the suite in on its self. The view? It's a whole other story. Words can't express how many pictures I took and how joyed my sister and I were to wake up to it . The birthday surprise (decoration and food) was amazing and it truly marked us. We thank all the staff and the Director in person for his kind and warm welcoming note and special attention to details. This memorable night has made us oh soooooo happy and fulfilled :) . Overall, all was perfect and and we are already cherishing every moments spent. My phone might be a little too full with how beautiful everything was, but it was worth it. - Hiba & Doha Taoufiq

. My husband and I booked two nights here. Once we entered, the hotel porter took the bags. They made us wait for three hours for the room to be ready. And after we entered the room, we had to wait another hour for our bags! But we were surprised that my husband’s headphones (worth $300) were missing. We called them and explained to them that the headphones are missing. After back-and-forth throughout our stay there, they said that they would check the surveillance cameras and inform us of anything new. Days have passed but we did not receive any call, email, or any apology letter for the loss of one of our belongings. Then my husband decided to call them to inquire why they had not contacted him, they said because there was no evidence that your headphones were in the bag! Seriously! Is this a joke? Is taking the bags from us in front of the camera not an evidence? isn’t this your responsibility? Stay away from this hotel because your belongings will be stolen and all what they gonna say is “no evidence”, SHAME ON YOU.

Fabuleux ! Séjour parfait : le cadre, le service, les installations, la nourriture. Le personnel est à votre écoute et toujours disposé à rendre votre séjour exceptionnelv(nous avons ete surclassés ! ) la decoration est luxueuse (magnifiques tableaux et sculptures ) !! Un vrai PALACE !
