Could not travel due to legal marriage delay and informed them as they don't accept without certificate. They are not helpful and charged me even though I did not stay

I stayed at the hotel over a weekend, needed to relax and boy did I pick the right spot. I showed up on Friday and booked Hammam and massage. 1. I had never had Hammam, so I had a lot of questions. The front desk spa receptionist Khaouha was super sweet and took her time explaining everything. She never tried to upsell me (that I noticed) and had a permanent smile on her face. 2. The Hammam, WOW! I have never felt so pampered and clean in my life. Kawthar made sure to walk me through every part of the process. She never made me feel uncomfortable. She was professional, thorough, and always cognizant of my feelings. It can be tough being nude in front of another woman other than your wife, but she was perfection to work with. Thank You Kawthar! 3. After Hammam, I went for a massage. Rajae handled herself like a true pro, by ensuring she did not use too much pressure, after my skin had just been scrubbed during Hammam. Again, the massage was phenomenal, I actually fell asleep at one point which had never happened to me before. If you have the chance, run don’t walk to Michlifen Spa! I am going back before I leave, just to enjoy the service one more time!

Hôtel et golf exceptionnels. Personnel dans tous les secteurs courtois, accueillant et très poli . Le lieu est magnifique pour du repos agrémenté de séances de piscine , spa et institut . Chambre exceptionnelle (215 je recommande ) Petit-déjeuner magnifique, restaurants supers avec des mets délicieux tant au restaurant Cedraye , marocain, bar et room-service , des cartes et menus variés et très succulents (Tournedos Rossini, Tajines et un dessert époustouflant la tarte citron) . Mon épouse et moi même avons vécu une expérience inoubliable, apaisante et ressourçante. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et nous reviendrons avec très grand plaisir

My partner and I came here with friends for a golfing and leisure holiday. We had a wonderful time at the hotel. It is an extraordinary hotel in many ways. It is set in a lush green area of Ifrane, and is surrounded by nature reserves and parks. The look of the hotel is that of a grand Swiss lodge and inside it's sumptuous, charming and spacious. The dark leather furniture everywhere and wood panelling gives the hotel a warm and welcoming feel. We found our room more than adequate and it was great to have a huge comfortable bed. We slept very well throughout our stay. The staff were great and a special mention for Noureddine at reception who was very helpful throughout our stay. Occasionally, there were communication issues with one or two members of staff, possibly from a lack of training, but this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of the hotel. We ate in both main restaurants and the food was good, as was the breakfast. We also played golf during our stay at the Michlifen golf course, which was just a short shuttle bus drive away, (the shuttle bus was laid on by the hotel). The facilites and the course, designed by Jack Nicklaus, were excellent. An added bonus was the good weather, which was gloriously sunny virtually every day with temperatures around 24 to 26 degrees Celsius. We also got the chance to visit Fez for the day and we went on a tour of the Ifrane National Park. All in all, we had a fabulous time and are planning to come back in September. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Nous sommes venus que pour prendre un verre. L hotel est tres sécurisé. Le hall de l hotel ,salon et la piscine est extraordinaire. Le personnel est à écoute. Nous avons passé une bonne soirée, il y avait une chanteuse. C était parfait. Je le recommande.
