This was a very bad experience while in the city of Ifrane. It was very badly maintained, understaffed. The gardens are all dried up. The building walls are falling apart. I have never seen a disaster like this. The worst is that they overcharge. We ended up booking somewhere else.

The location is good but the service is bad. The buildings are in ruins. They should invest a little fixing everything up a little. It is huge but not at all maintained. The pools must be fixed as the tiles are coming out

residence excentree en dehors de l aglomeration absence de commerce de proximite absence de reseau telephonique et de wifi appartement tres delabre avec fuites d eau toilettes defectueuses baignoire sale nuisibles dans la cuisine et salle de bain equipement cuisine defaillant et insuffisant personnel desagreable et incompetent serviettes de bain reclamee a 17 h et livree a 23h30
