Gokulam Park Munnar

on check in front office refused us a room saying Christmas Eve dinner is mandatory to pay and attend to get the room, late in the evening we had to wait long time after a long tiring journey.Front office staff was so rude and there was no courtesy at all. after too much of arguement finally a room was allocated at basement. being a usuall customer of Gokulam hotels I was shocked towards their attitude and misbeheavier. never again to Gokulam hotels.

I am from New York and staying in India for a few months in Pune for surgery/medical treatment and had a short “break” so decided to do a tour of Kerala. My first stop was Munnar and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel is very clean and well-kept, has amazing views, and staff were super friendly and courteous. Food was also great. No complaints at all and would definitely stay here again! Munnar is breathtakingly beautiful!

After a lot of dilemma and back-and-forth in choosing the right place, we finally booked our stay at Gokulam Park, Munnar – and we’re so glad we did! Our visit in mid-July 2025 turned out to be a truly fabulous experience, made even more special by the pleasant weather, stunning surroundings, and the exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness. A special mention must go to the restaurant team – Mamitha, Simran, and Gibu – who not only served us with care and attention but also became absolute favorites of our daughter! Their genuine kindness and cheerful presence made every meal a joy. The hotel boasts breathtaking views from all sides, letting you soak in the beauty of Munnar no matter where you are. The property is spotlessly clean and well maintained, with a few indoor games like Billiards and Foosball that kept us entertained during downtime. The food deserves a mention of its own – well-prepared, flavorful, and suited to our tastes. Of course, taste is subjective, but in our experience, it was excellent. Don’t just take our word for it – come and taste it yourself! Overall, Gokulam Park exceeded all our expectations and gave us memories to cherish. A big thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax, rejuvenate, and enjoy the magic of Munnar!

Great location in Munnar , beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff especially Anagha, sanju,Adithyan,gibu,,binu, chef Ajith and kaliraj ,Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
