Gokulam Park Munnar

on check in front office refused us a room saying Christmas Eve dinner is mandatory to pay and attend to get the room, late in the evening we had to wait long time after a long tiring journey.Front office staff was so rude and there was no courtesy at all. after too much of arguement finally a room was allocated at basement. being a usuall customer of Gokulam hotels I was shocked towards their attitude and misbeheavier. never again to Gokulam hotels.

This is one of the best resorts I have stayed in recently. The hospitality, ambience and view from the rooms makes this exceptional. Special mention to Mr Deepak and the restaurant & house keeping staff for making the stay home like. The premium rooms with Balcony has the best views, try to get these rooms in the higher floor. The hi-tea in the open resturant area adds to the attraction.

I recently had the -pleasure of staying at Gokulam Park Munnar. I had initially made a booking for 3 days and later extended the same for 8 days. :) This happened mainly because of the outstanding hospitality provided by the staff at Gokulam Park. Check-in process was seamless, rooms were very clean and they provided an upgrade, when the booked category wasn't available.. We shifted the room to a higher floor for a better view after a couple of days :). Shifting the room required us to settle on that day, a process / system improvement which they can work upon. What really stood out, though, was the level of personalized service. Let it be Chef Deepak or MOD Abhilash or server Mamita, every staff member I encountered, from housekeeping to the restaurant team, was courteous, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. The concierge team were knowledgeable and went out of their way to help with locla tips and arranging transportation whenever we needed it. This place also has a 30kw DC charger (Tata Power) and 7.4kw AC charger option as well, if you are an EV owner. If you’re looking for a hotel that treats you like family while offering top-notch service, this is the place to stay!

Thankyou for the stay with you. The Gokulam park hotel is situated in the lap of nature which gives an exquisite stay. The food is extremely good especially prepared by chef Deepak , hailing from north India he is a good choice as he understands our tastebuds well. The staff is smiling and welcoming , good hospitality Just the rooms of the hotel are average . Hotel is newly built from outside but rooms appear old and under maunted from inside .The mattress could be better , it gave me backache .
