Very much a corporate hotel rather than a holiday hotel. It was very clean. The 2 restaurants were very soulless but the food was good. I don’t like QR codes for looking at a menu. Alcohol not sold here currently. Staff were ok but there was not a lot of interaction .

Best hotel in munnar. I stayed in this hotel from 26 seep 2024 till 29 seep 2024. Location is very good. Underground grill restaurant food is amazing. This restaurant gave me a nostalgic feeling of going back in time (year 1990) and i really felt that i am sitting in nirulas (in chanakyapuri, new delhi. It’s pesto pasta is worth trying. All staff is very courteous and soft spoken. I would like to suggest hotel to add hoc chocolate fudge in their menu. I would love to stay in this hotel again. Keep it up.

We had a wonderful two-day stay with family. The food was great, though the briyani could have been better. The pool was excellent. Rooms are pretty clean and neat. We’ll definitely visit again!

From the moment we arrived, the service was amazing. All the staff were very helpful and they give you all the information you need. The location of the hotel is beautiful, u get a panoramic view of the surroundings. They have 2 restaurants, one that serves indian dishes and one a mix of european. We tried both and enjoyed and the food. We took the family suite and it was very spacious and well maintained. Staying at panoramic getaway was the highlight of our trip.

Hotel is near chocolate factory. Very nice view from room. Pleasant stay with beautiful view. Staff very good and helpful. Food was good.

Very friendly staff and the food was the tastiest food that i had ever eaten and the poll was amazing and there is a activity area where we can play lots of games like table tennis and we can also get swimming dress the total stay was incredible
