My stay at Parakkat Resort in Moonnar was the best experience. The rooms and surroundings were very clean and beautiful. They also arranged small activities within the resort. I really enjoyed the DJ party and the beauty of nature. I wish to visit again sometime. The staff, especially Hussain, helped us select a great package, and I thank them for that.

Awesome service I really like Parakkat resort. The staff all are very friendly especially Mr Tinu ( HR ) and AFOM Shinod they are giving me a grand welcoming to us. We are very happy to staying here.❤️❤️❤️.The breakfast was amazing. The jeep trucking is so adventurous. Totally we like it.

The room is very spacious and thoughtfully done with facilities of a separate sofa section and premium bathroom. The room has an amazing view of tea plantation, which met my ultimate expectation of a room in Munnar. Mr Shinod, front office manager was extremely hospitable and nice to us. The jeep ride, cave room, jungle walk of the resort was also a unique experience. Overall, It's an amazing & pleasant experience.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Parakkat Nature Resort in Munnar, where the serene ambiance and luxurious accommodations made for a truly memorable experience. The food was exceptional. The service provided by Mr. Jinu and Mr. Jinson was outstanding—they were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warm hospitality and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable, and we would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Munnar. Sudheer kumaran & family

Noisy and dirty hotel - cannot believe they claim to be 5 star! They play very loud music each night - and the hotel is so small you cannot escape it. No apology from the staff. The bed was infested with fleas- got bitten all over. They claim the bedding in washed every day but also spotted insects on the sofa and crawling in the bathroom. When I pointed this out to the manager Mr Hussein he shrugged and did nothing. He tried to explain that the loud music happens at every hotel in Munnar but this is just not true. Avoid this hotel if you want a nice place to stay. Breakfast and meal were great and most of the staff lovely but management appalling and definitely not 5 star staff.

This massage was absolutely phenomenal! [Seba] really listened to my concerns about my hair and face, and expertly worked out with the perfect. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and a comfortable room, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relax. I would highly recommend this massage to anyone looking for a truly therapeutic experience

Hotel is ok but , Service is very poor in this place Food is ok ok , I lie the view here The star behave, it’s not what we are expecting because they don’t speak English well, they don’t know how to treat the clients which they have to improvement. Otherwise, it’s not good for the property. Thank you :(
