Ragamaya is a beautiful resort with a mind blowing view. We stayed here for 4 nights and have absolutely enjoyed every moment here. The rooms are facing a fantastic river mountain view as u can see in the picture and the staff is really really kind and helpful. Absolutely worth it, 100% recommended

Ragamaya resort although being in Rajakkad and not Munnar , which is 30km away happens to be one dl the best resorts in Idukki district with fantastic view of the Ponmudi reservoir from all rooms. The rooms are fabulous, large and has huge balconies overlooking the lake from the mountain top. The service of the staff is excellent although some of them dont understand english or hindi, but most of them are very courteous, friendly and always have a smile. The food is reasonably priced in their restaurant which has splendid views.

We have booked 3 rooms for 10 people including kids. Totally it was a good stay for us. The climate was also not a stiff cold but was a pleasant one and was really enjoyable. The rooms are spacious and have a good balcony view of the periyar river. The food they provided was also good and ala carte dishes were also good and reasonable. The morning buffet breakfast was very good. I loved the hot cheese dosa served. There is a small outdoor play area for kids. The swimming pool is not big but the view is as good as the infinity pool. The evening view on the seat on the back side of the swimming pool watching the sunset was very good. There are indoor activities like billards, carom board,table tennis etc which are good for spending time. In the morning they have a nature walk to the downside of the hill which gives us a small trucking type experience. The cycle ride was good but needed to be strong enough to ride on the slopes. Evening tea with hot snacks and night a camp fire set up was enjoyable. The staff are very friendly especially in the reception and restaurant.Overall we have a nice and pleasant stay at Ragamaya resort. The things we expected to be better was a wash room near the swimming pool and the crunch in the parking space during peak season time.

It is the perfect location to spend time with family in a very calm place , away from downtown . From every room you can enjoy the beautiful lake view. Food was very nice and the staffs were very helpful and friendly. Munnar is little far from here, but there is a ponmudi dam just 5km away, can enjoy the boating with spectacular views

We had high expectations for our stay, but the experience was far from satisfying. The staff went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Special thanks to Kiren she had give grand welcome and send off. The room was luxurious, offering breathtaking views of the serene lake and lush green surroundings. And the restaurant provides high quality service and tasty food. The high tea at every evening was a highlight with freshly cooked savoury items & good tea and coffee. I personally recommend this place for those who wish to take a break from their busy lives. A must visit relaxation place for the family.

This is an exceptional property. Unbelievable scenic beauty, absolutely fresh air to breathe and very high standards of food hygiene and hospitality that can floor any high end traveller . We were six families. Each family only had superlative comments for Ragamaya. It is a must visit properly.
