DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Other than the view everything about this place was a huge disappointment. On arrival I was informed that there would only be hot water between 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm, however even at these times the water was ice cold. The room didn’t have WiFi and despite complaining twice nothing was done about it. The restaurant has a fairly extensive menu, unfortunately it only has about 20% of the items available and these aren’t written down anywhere so you just have to rely on a member of staff randomly reciting them and then choose from that. The sheets had a stain on them and also were not changed every day, the water and tea also were not replaced each day. The overall level of service was also terrible, though I would like to thank Anaz, who was the only member of staff who actually helped and was always professional. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel.

Just skip it. Stay somewhere else.
No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff.
Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better.
There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

The overall experience at Club Oxygen was amazing! I stayed here with my family for 3 nights and 4 days, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time. I can't complete this review without mentioning two exceptional staff members — Paramanand and Anaz. They were extremely helpful and guided us to some wonderful nearby places to visit. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We will definitely come back for another vacation!

Nice place ..good people specially swimming pool staff Mr.parmanand. He explains about the property. Made us roam the whole area and explained about the spices trees and plants. Super jolly person.

We had a great experience in Oxygen resort. The resort was neat and clean and provided with all the amenities as mentioned. Also we had a great time in the swimming pool. Pool staff Mr.paramanantham showed us all the details about the surroundings and the greenery around it. Thank you.

Experienced wonderful vacation at club oxygen resort with amazing staffs.. Especially paramandhan who is the attender of swimming pool.. He is very informative about tour plan very caring and kind.. Thanks mr boby chemmanur for giving us wonderful location with pure souls...
