Just skip it. Stay somewhere else.
No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff.
Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better.
There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Other than the view everything about this place was a huge disappointment. On arrival I was informed that there would only be hot water between 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm, however even at these times the water was ice cold. The room didn’t have WiFi and despite complaining twice nothing was done about it. The restaurant has a fairly extensive menu, unfortunately it only has about 20% of the items available and these aren’t written down anywhere so you just have to rely on a member of staff randomly reciting them and then choose from that. The sheets had a stain on them and also were not changed every day, the water and tea also were not replaced each day. The overall level of service was also terrible, though I would like to thank Anaz, who was the only member of staff who actually helped and was always professional. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel.

Oxygen Resorts is a wonderful getaway with wide open grounds and beautiful views. The resort is full of lush trees, offering a quiet escape from everyday life perfect for nature lovers. We met Paramanandam who gave us a tour that showcased the different trees and the unique charm of the place. He was very friendly and clicked us some great photos😛

Very Good experience..... Today ma sweet fam and i visited oxigen resort thekkady. It was, 2 days stay.it was a super experience from the staffs. Especially from the swimming pool staff paramanandham...our two days stay very satisfying.... I went to the same resort 4 years ago... Same experience from paramanandham and other staffs.....

very nice Swimming pool staff Paramandan is very friendly and house keeping staffs are very co operative. My family staying the Oxygen resorts Thekkadi so many times. All reception staffs are very nice and arrange everything thing earlier. Mr Anaz call me and send location very early.

We stayed in oxygen resort thekkady and we had a great time here, also while exploring the resort we had a chance to meet Mr.Paramanandham - he explained about different plants around the resort very well and he was also very friendly with everyone. I recommend everyone to meet him when you come to this resort.

Oxygen Resort and its ambiance were great.The swimming pool staff Paramanandam was very friendly.He took a lot of great photos for us. The nature here is very beautiful.This is our second time coming here as a family. We will definitely come here again next time.tq club oxygen.. 🙏🏻🥰
