Just skip it. Stay somewhere else.
No Wi-Fi. No hot water. Aloof staff.
Anaz was incredibly helpful, he should be working somewhere better.
There's no reason to be paying "resort prices" when the standards of this place are incredibly poor.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Other than the view everything about this place was a huge disappointment. On arrival I was informed that there would only be hot water between 6am-10am and 6pm-10pm, however even at these times the water was ice cold. The room didn’t have WiFi and despite complaining twice nothing was done about it. The restaurant has a fairly extensive menu, unfortunately it only has about 20% of the items available and these aren’t written down anywhere so you just have to rely on a member of staff randomly reciting them and then choose from that. The sheets had a stain on them and also were not changed every day, the water and tea also were not replaced each day. The overall level of service was also terrible, though I would like to thank Anaz, who was the only member of staff who actually helped and was always professional. This was by far the worst experience I have had at any hotel.

The resort is too good, location, ambience and the plantation are good. The staffs are handling us good. Food is awesome and the staffs are awesome. Especially the pool staff Mr.Paramanandham is good at handling the guests with good attitude and guidance.

Awesome hotel and too welbehaved staff..they help me and my team settle peacefully and take care of all our needs.. The hotel itself is a tour.. its not just a hotel. The swimming pool is awesome and location is perfect.unexpexted experience There are three amazing people I would like to mention . Mr. Parmanand The care taker of the hotel area .he was the person really full of life and passion.he is amazing photographer ..he took our photos at different locations of the hotel and was a true guide. Mr. anas and Mr Gokul..were so warm welcoming and welbehaved. But the star of the show.. Mr. Parmanand . Last but not the least..the best hotel and people to choose in Thekkady..

2 time I went to the resort it's maintenance was fully excellent. swimming pool incharge Mr parambanadam is good staff and breakfast was nice and one thing has to they have to solve wifi is not working after they given user name and password but it's not working,

The service provided here is just awesome. The Service providers were very friendly towards us. It feels good when we were here. Good scenery and good accommodation. The labor whose name is paramanamdam was very polite, calm and very cooperative. He made us to feel like home.

Had a wonderful stay with a peaceful ambience and well-maintained rooms. The overall service was excellent, and the staff were attentive throughout. A special mention to the Mr.Parandhaman at the pool area whose support and guidance stood out and made the experience even more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!
