I was staying in a nearby hotel and we had to check out and everywhere was full on New Years eve so we asked the owner at Heaven Valley if they had rooms because it looks the best in the area with great views but they were of course fully booked but he helped us get a place for the night and helped us with a taxi as well which he didn't need to. From what we saw from spending all day walking around this is definitely the best place and looks very well run.

We booked three cottages for two nights at Heaven Valley Resorts. Excellent ambience, nice location with view towards mountains and valleys, and tea plantations in between. Our kids enjoyed hoping on and off between cottages, garden spaces and the play area at restaurant. Cottages are well maintained, neat and clean. Parking space available and friendly staff. The resort was nicely decorated as it was Christmas time and in the evenings we enjoyed sitting outside gazing at the mountain valleys. I recommend booking this property for a memorable family vacation.
