Reception and check in at the hotel was good. The package which i paid was inclusive of the complimentary dinner. There was a confusion regarding that but sorted out. Explanation after checkin to the hotel was not that great and not bad either. It didn't explain in a customer friendly way, i felt the staff was just completing his duty for the sake of that. But i got proper support later when i had a doubt regarding how to operate the jacuzzi. View from the room is worth in the morning and also in the evening. Mr joshwa was really supportive when reached out for any help.

Amazing experience, great rooms with a mountain view. Staff are so nice and attentive, they take care of your each and every requirement. Food was amazing with lots of variety. It was a gala dinner organised by hotel for all it guest on christmas eve with live music. Next time when i am visiting, i will stay here only
