I had a wonderful experience at Valle Munnar Hotel. The location is absolutely beautiful with scenic views all around. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food was fresh and tasty with good variety, making the stay even more pleasant. Overall, it was a peaceful and memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend Valle Munnar Hotel to anyone visiting Munnar.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ "Peaceful, elegant, and full of charm!" The Valle is a hidden gem in Munnar. We loved the serene location, beautiful views, and comfortable, well-designed rooms. It’sa hidden gem resort in munnar, best views from the rooms, very modern rooms and amenities, hotel staff is highly trained and courteous, food is reasonably priced and really nice, overall a must stay place in munnar.

I was really looking forward to staying at the Valle however the room assigned to me (705) had several issues. After checking in, we found that Hair Dryer in the bathroom and the mini fridge in the room, weren’t working. Additionally, the wardrobe was stuck. I raised a complaint and at first no one attended for an hour or so. Then I raised the issue at the front desk and their engineering team swiftly acted on the issues. However, over the course of our 3 nights stay, the wardrobe door literally came off 3 times. Yes! The door detached from the slider and came off. I don’t want to deal with something like that when I am travelling for peace of mind and to relax. The hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t find me an alternate room. The hotel staff tried to make up with other benefits like a free dinner which I appreciate, but I was very disappointed especially because of the price I paid for the room.
