The food was unpleasant. Two of our family members got stuck in lift when the light went off and none of the staff came to help. Poor service. There was no food and accommodation facility for our driver. There's no parking space for mini bus and only one room shared among 10 driver's. Overall it's not good to say a 4 star hotel.

Our experience here is so amazing. Hospitality, food and the spectacular view is incredibly awesome. The candlelight dinner was really good. Really truly enjoyed my first trip to India and Kerala vacation. Thanks alot to all the staffs. Much love.

This is a great getaway, far from the hustle bustle of the city. Great location with fantastic views. The rooms are very good. Food is delicious. The staff are very kind and courteous. This is a good location as all the tourist spots are near by.

The hotel location and view were stunning making a perfect setting to relax and unwind. The rooms are clean and well maintained and with friendly staff
unfortunately food was major let down the quality and high pricing for the food is disappointing. Taste was below expectation

I need travel and stayed in many resorts but it was completely different experience. What a hospitality! What differently staff! We Really feel they are our brothers or sisters.
