Resort in good location , but the road ro the resort is horrible for 6kms. In rainly days it will be much difficult. Rooms and lawn area is beautiful.

camp noel is situated amazing place in vatavada(little bit too distance from munnar)but worth in stay. kinds are enjoying with swimming pool and games. restaurant mingle with hills and naturals😊❤️

This is one of the best resorts in vattavada offering a very beautiful and peaceful stay with families or friends.The property is so neat and clean and the climate was also good. But the management and services to the guests are pathetic. They don't really care about the guests.The food is okay but again their services is very bad like we had to wait for an hour for the dinner because there are no restaurants nearby.

Stay was nice and green. Main issue were slow heaters and out of coverage mobile network, mostly you will get cold showers, due to ineffectiveness of heaters. Very good spot if you are travel-ling as a group. It was quite away from city centre. So plan accordingly, prefer suvs.

Camp Noel Resort,Vattavada, Munnar ## Navigation and Arrival - Inadequate directions and maps provided - Conflicting information from booking office and reception - Extremely difficult journey on poor roads - 7 km trip took 2-3 hours, risking vehicle damage ## Accommodation - Clean, neat rooms - Very small bathrooms, doubling as shower areas - Unprofessional for a 3-star resort ## Facilities - Rusted, potentially unsafe play equipment - Poor quality indoor games - Good overall space ## Dining - Dinner: Good quality but expensive - Breakfast: Substandard, limited options - Lack of basic items (black tea/coffee, soup) ## Value for Money - Room rate: Approximately Rs. 6000 per night - Amenities and service not commensurate with price ## Overall Experience - Significant pre-arrival and journey issues - Mixed quality of facilities and services - Not meeting expectations for a 3-star resort - Negatively impacted holiday enjoyment

Stay was good and the property has a very good scenic view. But check the condition of the road to this property before you book.

Nice stay, good room, excellent nature view around, food was good. Last 6km road to resort was bad, but still okay to drive even for small cars like maruti alto etc, but you can only drive in first or second gear. Overall good experience with family.

We were not allocated rooms as per the booking to stay since our booking is not communicated to them from make my trip. They claim it as technical error and we 3 families reached munnar and the camp noel staff organised an alternate stay at other hotel in the town
