Worst hotel staff I have ever met in the world and the poorest service from Trip.com. Terrible experience due to her ignorance of checking- in process. I had booked 2 nights through Trip.com and I showed up on the second day due to the flight cancellation. She rejected my check-in because I did not inform my late check-in. It took 3 hours for me to check in only after I paid for a night's stay there. I will never forget this hotel and the terrible staff I met there. I am very sorry for the Trip.com about the lack of help then even though I called them many times. they were simply helpless. I want Trip.com to pay me back the fee I double paid.

Hotel management is usually playing on their phones on the back room hiding from doing their jobs. I hope the Ball family knows how their investment is being handled.

Nice decor hotel located easily off/on I-90, restaurants and gas stations within walking distance. I would give this a 10 rating however, the cons take it down to like 2. They do not have complimentary breakfast, you are issued one ticket to take to the adjoining restaurant which means only one person in the party gets to eat free, everyone else in the party has to pay. Husband indicated there was 2 in his party (he is also a diamond elite member), he was told by clerk only one ticket per room. No complimentary coffee in the reception area. Have to go to the restaurant and buy it at premium prices. Not a pet friendly hotel. Pros include nice big room and large parking lot suitable for vehicles towing trailers. But would not stay there again.

I'll start by saying the staff was very friendly and the hotel room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Where it was disappointing was that I had booked a 2-Queen Suite a couple of weeks in advance, but we ended up in a standard room (which is what I fortunately was charged for.) Upon entering the bathroom, the only towels were 1 bath towel and 1 washcloth. I called the front desk and requested another bath towel and 2 hand towels. Staff was very attentive and brought towels right away, but the hand towels requested were washcloths. Then we discovered there was no floor mat/towel. We weren't going to call again, but I'll tell you using a washcloth for a floor mat was a challenge. I don't know - this is just basic housekeeping stuff that should have been properly prepared. Anyway, I can't give this more than an average stay.

Prior to booking, I called the front desk and confirmed that this site had EV charging. What they didn’t say was it is a third party installation and establishment has nothing to do with it. The chargers required an App or an Account and wanted to charge $2/hour parking to get around the “free” electricity. The chargers are level 2 and they would take about 8-12 hours to fully charge. After a 12 hour drive through 2 rainstorms, I am currently sitting at a supercharger at midnight. Front desk clerk simply repeated that she’s new and left the customer hanging. Consider this place to be without EV charging.
