The hotel is in a very difficult location. It didn't seem all together safe. There were no rooms available on the first floor and no elevator.

We were checked in by Emily, and had a King Suite, with a couch, BUT. I would not stay here again. Pros - 2 vanities, 1 inside the bathroom and 1 outside. Cons - The room needs a good cleaning, it was dusty, hair on the bathroom floor, couldn't take a shower without getting my hair wet because of fixed showerhead, NO place to hang hand towel, lumpy pillows and dirty stairs and hallways. Breakfast was ok, with Sausage patties, scrambled eggs, fresh waffles, muffins, apples, yogurts, juices and coffee.

NO elevator. We normally prefer the 2nd floor but when we got to the hotel front desk stated they were full and only rooms were on the 2nd floor with NO elevator. The outside door by the stairs going upstairs was also broke. This should be a Quality Inn and not a Comfort Inn. VERY DISAPPOINTED Also, Terrible coffee.

On a cross country road trip from Milwaukee to Tucson, we stayed in seven Choice Hotels. This one limped in a distant seventh. We were off to a poor start when our key cards would not open our door. We were re-keyed and given explanations ranging from special touch to finicky, but the truth is, the locks were terrible and need to be changed out. During our two night stay, we found the spa out of service, a poorly stocked breakfast area, and poor cleaning in the breakfast area and guest laundry. Throughout our stay the staff seemed unmotivated and at times rude.

We pulled up to the hotel and it looked very sketchy. There was trash out front and it was very unkept with weeds. The window by the office was open with various items hanging out. The receptionist was very rude after we asked a few simple questions. Needless to say we left and booked another hotel.

The property is very near I-15 so it can be noisy but it was not bad in reality. The water pressure after supper was poor as was the availability of hot water. The fresh baked cookies available at the front desk at 6 pm is a nice touch and set the facility apart from others. Lastly, the nightly price is too high considering the facility is ‘well worn’.
