Descuidado sin atención, sin aire, huele mal,cortinas en la ducha maltratado , mando de la tel intocable de sucio….me ha dado grima…. Menos mal que es una noche…el que me recomendó esto no ha viajado en su vida… penoso..carísimo para un lugar tan descuidado..

I wanted a typical hotel and I was not disappointed, you are in a Canarian house, we had a very large room with high wooden ceilings, beautiful decoration, the bathroom was very large, very clean with taps like in the old days, breakfast taken in a very cozy little room right next to the patio was simply delicious

Took a bit of time getting in but the staff very helpful once in with advice on restaurants etc. Our room very large and amazing building but almost too dark to read by. Roof terrace and garden plus public rooms made up for it. Good continental breakfast. We amended our booking to 2 nights from 3 . There was street parking but like a lot of Tenerife it is a lottery.

Magnificent place with few rooms where you feel good. We have coffee available which can be enjoyed in a very beautiful “patio”. The staff are charming. The only negative point is the lack of light in the rooms due to the omnipresent woodwork and insufficient lighting. This lack of light bothered us.

A hotel run by a mother and her daughter who are adorable. A great welcome with lots of explanations about the city and where to eat in the restaurant. In short, I highly recommend the establishment is in an old 18th century building with a crazy patio. Breakfast served at the table at will.

The rooms on the ground floor are very noisy, doors slam at the entrance and the ceilings are made of wooden beams that creak. You can't sleep until the last person is in bed. Despite repeated requests to be moved to another room, there was no response. After 3 days we looked for a quiet hotel and left. It's sad that the owner didn't respond at all to verbal and written requests.
