Hotel Chateau de Ville

Lovely hotel, this was our 2nd stay here, rooms spotless, cleaned everyday, the staff are friendly and pleasant, beds comfortable. breakfasts were great eggs of some sort every morning, plenty of other choices, bread olives yogurt fruit etc. Tea and coffee topped up at your table. pool area nice not too busy. own beach just across the road. nice food during the day with daily deals. 10% off food and drinks for guests staying at the hotel.

Once again a wonderful stay at this fabulous hotel. The staff are all extremely caring and welcoming nothing is too much trouble for them, from reception, waiting staff, cleaning and maintenance. If you need help with anything they will go out of their way to help you. Hope to see you all again next year.

First time at this beautiful hotel and we loved it. It was immaculate so clean and decorated the bar and restaurant and seating terrace were perfect. All the staff were excellent and made all guests feel special.Breakfast was excellent lovely choices we bought lunch a couple of times the Burgers were excellent.Drinks menu was great the manager made me a lovely Sangria.Rooms perfect large size beautiful sea view well worth booking one of them.The maids did a brilliant job lovely towel art.The pools were very nice we used the private section on the beach which had large parasols absolutely perfect . Receptionist very helpful she is a lovely girl vey cheerful.Score 10 out of 10 this hotel for us and looking forward to returning May 2026. Just back from another great stay at this excellent hotel. Rooms spotless and fantastic cleaning ladies who do excellent job changing sheets and towels daily, just perfect. Staff so polite helpful and accommodating. Need to mention Mehlin who gave us an excellent service as a waitress and took all the banter from Tim and Paul with a smile. All in all faultless stay at this excellent hotel . 100% helpful friendly staff from arrival till departure.

Yet another wonderful stay in our favourite Icmeler hotel. Would not stay anywhere else having found the Chateau about 10 years ago! Go once and sometimes twice per year. We love it! Relaxing, spotlessly clean and amazing staff. Special mentions for Ecaterina at Reception, Kiymet and new lady Gulerman the hard working maids. We love to treat them with chocolates from the airport and they deserve a nice tip when we leave. All the staff here are exceptional and we feel totally spoilt during our stay. We once again visited the Chateau at the beginning of May 2025. We very much looked forward to our return visit and were not disappointed. We had a room with a sea view which overlooked the entire beach, the room was spacious and clean, towels were changed regularly as was the bed. The maids were excellent and always pleasant. The Hotel was spotless. We had booked breakfast and this was very good, everything you could want. We often ate in the Hotel at lunch time and the food was very good ,Last year we ate in the Hotel most nights but to our great disappointment this year the Hotel had ceased serving evening meals. This was probably our only negative from the entire stay. The highlight of the stay however was the staff who were all friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Katya on reception helped us out on several occasions and was always pleasant and charming. The Night porter , Umat (I think it is his name ) was also the same and always liked to chat with us and answer any questions. The waiting staff were wonderful , including the young staff who whilst spoke very little English they were always smiling and were a credit to the hotel. A big shout of thanks to Ibo who mentored the youngsters , and looked after us for two weeks always enjoying a chat with us and making sure our stay was wonderful. He is a true asset to the Hotel and worth his weight in gold.
