The first couple of days went OK. Cosy and family like, then it started going a little down hill. Very Fast! The Breakfast really is the most basic 'Turkish Breakfast' going. I didn't bother going for breakfast on quite a few mornings. I just slept my meds off, whilst my partner went for his. We bought cereal and milk from the supermarket! And cups to eat it out of. There was no 'Do Not Disturb'/'Please Clean My Room' sign for the door. This I felt was very strange. But I didn't give it much notice, until 1 day someone knocked on the door! I'd just been in the bathroom, right next to it, I opened it, and this old guy said 'Wrong Room'! My partner wasn't in the room, and I felt incredibly frightened. I'd seen him before, and new he was something to do with the hotel. But I was incredibly scared. Now It turns out, that groups of people not staying in the hotel, are allowed to come in, use the loungers, pool etc. Considering the hotel isn't big, it was obvious that they must buy drinks for use of the garden! Apparently many hotels around there, and I have to admit, it spoilt it. But it heightened my worry about security. Our room was literally climbable via the balcony. One day one of the hotels guys was wrapping the glasses up and packing them in boxes. It's like as thought they just wanted the season to finish. But we still had at least 9 nights left. Sometimes we'd stay in our room in the morning, because taking so many meds, sometimes they take a long time to wear off. The beds weren't the best. The sheet was to small on the 3ft one, and couldn't be tucked in. And the blanket was so very rough. The curtains weren't blackout curtains, and to make matters worse, didn't cover each end of the windows! And one of the panes of glass leading to the balcony was actually smashed! The toilet was missing the push button on the top. The shower room needed to be power washed and scrubbed. It was so dirty. The bathroom needed a 'deep clean'. Including the paintwork! It was 'manky'! I used towels on the floor of the shower! We'd go out and come back to a room which had been cleaned, and rearranged. I hate wasting time on hanging clothes! I just grab and go. So it felt a little uncomfortable! Especially the pillow situation. But it started getting worse. Two knocks at the door, and the old man was in. Didn't give us time to say anything, or get to the door. Anything could be happening behind our door, and he was in! One day the manager said that we'd 'had an early night before'! I mean what the heck. Spied on. One night, we met up with my partners workmates, and we sat talking until late. A guy was asleep on a chair in the little reception area. My father didn't do that when I was out drinking in my younger days. One afternoon there were about 15 youngsters in the garden area. We had just wanted a quiet swim. They were screaming, kicking footballs everywhere, incluing into the pool. Which wasn't fun when you are trying to swim or float! .An
