The hotel is made up of big but different blocks and piece by piece C block rooms and fitness studio need to be overhauled. Pools, food, beach and location are nice 👍

ОТЕЛЬ/НОМЕР: мы (две девушки) изначально ехали и готовились к худшему, турагент предупредила: отель не вау, староват; русских здесь не любят. Однако по приезде нам улыбнулась удача, возможно, спасло знание английского языка, нас заселили в корпус C, номер 3506. Номер старенький, но вполне себе приличный, всё для отдыха есть (кондиционер (дул прямо на одну из кроватей, но в такую жару это только в радость было); холодильник; шампунь, кондиционер, мыло в ванной, ватные диски и палочки (не было: геля для душа (но мы и мылом обошлись), зубных наборов, халатов, тапочек); на балконе есть сушилки для одежды; чайника нет; сейф платный (4€/день), мы пользоваться не стали, по итогу, у нас ничего и не пропало, однажды случайно бросили деньги на кровать и ушли, горничная не лиры не взяла, аккуратно сложила на стол (хотя могла принять за чаевые), всё работало. Порадовал и великолепный вид на горы с пятого этажа и, что удивительно, прямо в номере ловил wifi, чего у многих других отдыхающих не наблюдалось, им приходилось постоянно сидеть в лобби отеля. Уборка была ежедневно, около 11:00, когда мы находились в номере, просто забирали мусор, приносили воду и могли сменить банные полотенца (это через день). Если мы в этот момент мы отсутствовали, то добавлялись: замена постельного, мытье полов и полная замена всех комплектов белых полотенец. ТЕРРИТОРИЯ: как и номера - старая, но всё нужное есть. Стоит отметить, что её ежедневно достаточно тщательно убирали, поэтому впечатление тоже хорошее. Помимо этого, прекрасные виды на горы и разнообразие растительности по всей территории не могли не радовать. Бассейны большие, чистые, поплавать приятно. Для деток, рядом с большими есть лягушатнички, для тех, кто постарше, бассейн с горками. Ещё видели детскую площадку. Также на территории есть 4 бара, можно брать бутилированную воду, в неограниченном количестве в течение дня, попить чай, безалкогольные напитки (достаточно посредственные) и конечно алкоголь - коктейли, пиво, вино, может ещё что-то было, мы ничего из этого не пробовали. Также на территории есть магазин, тату салон, ювелирный, парикмахерская, импровизированная фотостудия, кальян-бар и спа, в котором, к слову, выдают оранжевые полотенца для пляжа/бассейна. Чтобы получить полотенце, на ресепшене нужно оплатить залог (200TRL / 10€ / 10$ - за одно полотенце), взять квитанцию и карточки на количество полотенец и пойти в спа, там выдадут полотенца, очень важно, не потерять эту квитанцию, иначе, денег вы потом не увидите. Оранжевые полотенца нужно менять самостоятельно, просто приходите в спа, вам заменят. ПЛЯЖ: от отеля идти минут 5. Пляж по размеру нормальный, лежаков достаточно (оранжевые), они, как и зонтики - бесплатные. Купаются там только русские и турки. Есть душ с пресной водой (очень старый и грязный). Единственное «но», лежак нужно занять утром. Мы не хотели примыкать к этому злу занимания лежаков, но ситуация вынудила. Если этого не сделать утром, до 7:00, потом, в течение дня вы просто не сможете найти

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY We booked our last minute trip with easyJet holidays through our local travel agent We weren’t expecting too much and after reading lots of warnings, we went on ahead with the trip, reckoning some folk are just born to moan. Well, we should have listened!! We arrived at Mirage World around 12 midnight. The staff on duty were too busy talking in the street to help us carry our bags up into reception. When we got in, we were totally drained and just needed to sleep. I have various conditions and take medication for them and I just needed to get to bed. We got checked in and taken to our room, along a dirty corridor adjacent to the desk. Gary ( not his real name, he just calls himself Gary, nice lad, just seems to be stoned all the time )showed us the room briefly before trying to make a hasty exit, my husband stopped him, before pulling back the dirty net curtains to reveal a wall of air conditioning units, and met with the patio door which wouldn’t lock.. Gary said it would be fine, even though it was beside a street?? My husband said we won’t be staying in this room, but they were adamant they couldn’t do anything until the morning. Reception said they would contact technical. My husband realised very quickly he was getting nowhere, so went out and walked the area trying to see if he could get us a hotel room somewhere else, but to no avail. I waited in the dirty room whilst a young lad ( technical ) eventually changed the lock. When my husband returned nearing 2am, the lock had just been changed, but the air conditioning was not working. He demanded that we be moved immediately. Two hours after arrival we were finally moved to another hovel with twin beds. Due to exhaustion we just gave up and lay down, but the itching I was having, unbeknown to me, my husband had also been having. The beds had a hard throw over them which you had to use because there was no sheet, only the one you lie on and none to put over you and dear only knows the last time they had been washed. The towels were good, as exfoliators!! My husband finally gave up, put all his clothes back on and waited for the morning to come, it was a long day and night for us, counting the seconds until reception had staff that could make decisions. Next day we were ready to come back home…. It really was that bad!! On a last ditch attempt, we went to reception who agreed to put us in Block D, which is above the restaurant in the newer part of the hotel, when we viewed the room, we were relieved. We had to go back to reception and pay an additional £150 to reception to move into that room - room 4315. After unpacking, we tried to sleep for a few hours, but listening to the outside house/rave music pounding made that difficult. I went to Mirage World on 20th of September to 30th September may I saw wow .This was my third visit to this hotel and it improves each time though I don’t know of any faults myself.The hotel staff are the friendliest people you could meet who go out of their way to help you.Bar staff were all new and very nice though odd occasion my only fault was some of the girls were rude but nothing major. Hotel shop was very nice and helpful as always the last of all the entertainment staff Alex,Freddie ,Selda ,Lena.Jimmy and Jack were outstanding once again the time and effort theee guys put in to the shows and entertainment and clubs throughout the day is what made my holiday so enjoyable keep up your hard work guys I will certainly be back xx Until next time xx

Thank you Charlie and the girls. The Turkish bath is a really luxury. I had the deluxe package and last day package. The girls doing Turkish bath, facials and massage are fantastic. I came out feeling so relaxed. You go and try this Turkish bath

An absolute dump. Dirty rooms, grubby bedding, cockroaches in the corridor. Our room was left open after housekeeping cleaned. Unbelievably rude staff. We couldn’t wait to get home. EasyJet should be ashamed to represent this place. Strange that they respond to bad reviews with ‘we’re glad you had a great stay’ rather than actually address the issues.

Mirage World was not our choice of hotel but did get placed here due to our original hotel having an early closure. The hotel is located in a great spot walking distance from the beach shops,restaurants and bars and a quick hop onto the bus into town. The grounds are lovely and kept clean and tidy. The disappointment started when arriving at our room which catered for a family of four. Our tooth brush holder was thick of mould which had clearly been sat there for a very long time which was also cracked. Half a toilet roll which had been used from the previous guests i understand waste but there was no replacement which continued through to the whole week we had no toilet paper we asked reception which they brought us one but none for the rest of the holiday we had to buy some from the shops. Air con and tv both broken pieces just left on top of both devices. Windows were cracked and broken and skirting boards broken and rotten and mould just painted over on the walls, the sofa bed was also like sleeping on a rock. Cleanliness of our room did not improve as all the cleaner did was replace the towels and re use our bed sheets that we had for the whole week no mopping or wiping down was done or cutlery taken from our room, could not walk on the room floor at the end of the week without shoes very disappointed. The best feature of the room was the mini fridge. Male staff had made me feel very uncomfortable as were constantly staring at me approaching me whispering in my ears and asking for my social media accounts and would go in for inappropriate hugs touching my waist telling me how beautiful i am and they really like me. This made me not want to visit the bars and eating spots being starred at and talked about while eating not an enjoyable experience i was also asked to go for a walk with security when he finished his shift i do not feel this is a safe environment for females. Food was also very disappointing as the same stuff was put out daily very bland none tasteful repeated food ended up eating out. The hotel grounds itself had lots to offer from massages,tattoo shop,supermarket and shisha rental the entertainment team were fantastic every night and great with the children its a shame other areas has really let down this hotel would not re visit.

Мне очень понравился отель! По всюду атмосфера абсолютного счастья 😇 Да, номера не новые и достаточно маленькие, если рассматривать Стандарт... Но это единственный главный минус отеля, который я считаю не критичным, ведь Вы едите отдыхать на море, а не в номере сидеть. По еде всё шикарно! Развлекательная программа очень классная! Постоянно кто-нибудь приезжает, поёт или танцует. Обслуживание на высоте 👍 Очень много Европейцев. Русских почти нет, но это даже ➕ Отель красивый и находится в скале, что визуально его красит. С погодой тоже повезло... Так что, однозначно рекомендую!
