Marti Resort Deluxe Hotel

The hotel is massive and it is beautiful it’s in a perfect location, I visited the spa in the hotel ghuru and it was honestly outstanding I had a facial and a massage it was great I had to come back again the staff was so professional great prices too

Hello, here’s my breakdown of my time in Marti resort. Couples holiday. It has changed as the time has gone by. Food- buffet food, definitely not 5 stars but some of it was very nice, has improved day to day with some themed nights, there was only 3 themed nights (Turkish, Chinese and seafood) during our stay here the other days were all the same . Best times to land time we found were 9.30 for breakfast and after 8.30 for dinner for your choice of sitting . There is an adults only section for eating, Highly recommend hitting it up at every occasion. For the quarters for getting the food very tight however given people are walking in all directions, compared to previous hotels we have been too. We skipped breakfast most days and just waited for lunch, we found it under whelming, never skipped breakfast to any other hotel we have been too before. The otag restaurant serves a set menu of local food in the evening which you can visit once during your trip if you’re here for atleast a week for free. It was very nice and a great experience, my girlfriend is a picky eater and she came out of it full. the otag building also serves hot food and drinks during the day , nice snacky food , you will have to wait roughly 10 minutes for your food we preferred this over the buffet lunch most days . Also serves ice cream and waffles , always a queue for waffles and they took a long time so we never indulged. Drink/cocktail’s- beer is ok, cocktails made from bar inside are very nice and are a good size, however they vary based on who makes them… haven’t gone to the pool bar since the incident on day one(I talk about this below). The drinks we got in the pool bar were also very small and aswel as a lower standard then inside so we didn’t really return to it. Beach- mixture of sand and stone, bring water shoes if you have them but you don’t need them. Ocean water temp here in July is lovely . Plenty of loungers and the area is exclusive to hotel members with security Pool- general area is very big , multiple pools , loads of loungers can land down at any time and get them. No need to rush down to do that reserving nonsense with the towels (unless you have a group of like 5/6+). Chill tunes playing all day(some ones on repeat everyday, bring earphones if this bothers you), midday entertainment/games most days was good fun. Guests- I’d say 50% ＞ Turkish, then it’s a mix between Eastern Europeans and English . Mostly families ,that brought kids that were typically quite young ＜10 and I found the longer our time went on here the more and more kids arrived, was like a crèche some days . Yes it’s not an adults only but never been to hotel with so many kids running around and crying. Given the number of pools available, one of them really should be adults only. Temp- we were here for 11 days , temp ranged from 33 to 39… sounds hoooot , but not near as bad as you’d think with the breeze you receive from the sea.
