Marti la Perla - Adult Only+16

We have not long got home from our two-week honeymoon stay at the Marti La Perla which overall we thoroughly enjoyed and would 100% recommend a stay at this hotel. To break things down in detail read below: Hotel: The hotel grounds are utterly fantastic with many different inside and outside areas for you to experience. The pool area has several sunbeds which when busy can be rather tight and difficult to find one if you are a late riser. Other to this you can find a space on the beanbags under the veranda or opt for the quitter grass area. You can also head to the beach which is 50 yards from the hotel where you will find more sunbeds and stunning views. Inside the hotel there are several different areas you can sit down, with some tables game and books. Location: We found the location of this hotel perfect for what we wanted to do, with the beach close on the garden doorstep, a canal to the side where you will find several shops and places to get some drinks and food. It’s a short walk from the town where you can find everything needed for your stay. Bar and staff: Overall the bar staff were very good. Sometimes you would order drinks which wouldn’t come as you’d asked but we put this down to the language barrier which is not a reflection of the staff, and it made things more interesting. We did find that sometimes we’d have ice when other times we wouldn’t. With being an all-inclusive hotel, the drinks were limited with no rum on offer within the package, the only option was Bacardi which was at an additional cost. There were a few drinks which you could get but again at an additional cost. Overall, the bar staff were good, but we feel the need to put a special shout to 3 staff members in particular, Batin (BK), was fantastic from start to finish. Brilliant at engaging conversation with us both, very easy to talk too, laid back and very entertaining and funny. Too add, he was very hard working and was present every day of our stay. Ahmed, was very pleasant, constantly asking how we were, very polite and had a hairline I could only dream of. Working in between the restaurant and the main bar, we always knew there be a handshake and a smile whilst serving. Last but not least is Cihan, he really couldn’t do enough for us, whilst having our drinks waiting on the bar for us as we walked over, to collecting out our empties by the pool side and replenishing them as we relaxed. He helped make our honeymoon more relaxing. In all, those 3 mentioned are absolutely fantastic and a huge credit to the hotel. Entertainment team: How do we start without mentioning Zafer (Z), Whom from the first moment of meeting, made us feel very welcome and introduced us into all the activities available during our stay. From introducing Tom as the 2014 world pool champion in a killer competition (Obviously wasn’t), to changing the music to the Rocky theme tune whilst Nicole was doing pull ups on the side of the pool! The man is generally fun to be around. He topped of
