Eine wunderbare Erfahrung im Hotel Icici! Mein Aufenthalt im Hotel Icici war absolut fantastisch! Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich herzlich und professionell empfangen, und das gesamte Personal war während meines Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und bot einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Besonders begeistert war ich von der Nähe zum Strand, der nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt liegt. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, und der Poolbereich lädt zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und lecker, mit einer großen Auswahl an frischen, regionalen Produkten. Auch das Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant hat mich mit seiner Qualität und dem freundlichen Service überzeugt. Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann das Hotel Icici jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub an der kroatischen Küste verbringen möchte. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub – ich komme gerne wieder!

Ganz tolles Hotel. Die Zimmer sehr schön, das Essen ausgezeichnet - sehr große Auswahl. Das Management und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder anreisen. Das einzige Problem ist der Zugang ins Meer. Meine Mama ist 76 Jahre und konnte über die steilen Leitern nicht ins mehr gehen. Für alte Leute unmöglich. Die Stiegen steil und rutschig. Wirklich sehr schade!!!

We debated whether or not to write a review, and after much deliberation, we decided that people need to know. We arrived at the hotel as a group of 12 people for the occasion of my wedding with my husband. Unfortunately, we experienced humiliating treatment to the extent that, on our wedding day, they weren’t even willing to bring us empty champagne glasses to the room. We didn’t even receive a congratulatory note from the staff or a bottle of wine... nothing, not even basic courtesy. The day after the wedding, after I told them that they would receive a bad review for their humiliating treatment, they wrote us a congratulatory note and brought us two glasses of wine. I do not recommend this hotel, and if you do go, it's better without full board. We definitely will never return to this place in our lives.

Ottimo albergo, ci sono già stata l'anno scorso ma quest'anno è davvero migliorato. L'animazione e fantastica, davvero si prendono cura dei bambini. Rajko la reception e davvero simpatico e Marco nella sala davvero si dà da fare con gli ospiti. Ormai mi sento come a casa. Cibo fantastico e ottima sangria

We visited Hotel Icici for the second time in May 2024. The staff was really nice. Our room was just perfect (super clean) with a stunning view. Breakfast was great and dinner as well. Parking was easy and the location was excellent. We spent much time in the pool!

The hotel was dirty, the staff was careless, the room was dirty, smelly, old. The food is 3 stars category, inedible food. There was never soap in the bathroom. The towels were not changed, I had to ask new ones. And the worst: the air conditioning did not work in all three rooms that we rented. It was not a 4 star hotel. Maximum 3 starts…

Die Zimmer waren eigentlich ganz schön.. waren in der rezeptionsebene untergebracht hatten also direkt im zimmer keine probleme mit feuchtigkeit (im gegensatz zu anderen gästen die die unteren ebenen bewohnten und sogar über schimmel klagten)! das essen war nicht sonderlich aufregend... für den stolzen preis von fast 2.500€ für 1 woche kann man sich mehr erwarten! das einzig halbwegs gute war die pizza.... nach einem tag stärkeren regen war der speisesaal "überflutet". ständig kam irgendwo wasser ins hotel... das personal war freundlich! der abgang zum meer ist überhaupt nicht kinderwagen oder rollstuhlgerecht eine schmale verwinkelte stufe führt hinunter auf die promenade. wir werden nicht wieder kommen!

Di passaggio, abbiamo trascorso una notte. La camera comunicante famigliare era molto ben arredata e pulita. Il buffet della colazione e cena ricco e variato. Il personale gentilissimo. Peccato per le possibilità di balneazione in mare non facili sulla costa di Opatija a causa del litorale roccioso

I recently stayed at Hotel Ičići, and it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future. The meals are various and very tasty with a lot of choice for everyone. My kids were in the miniclub and enjoyed it there very much. The pool and beach are tidy and well maintained. I'm very much looking forward to come back
