市川駅から近く価格帯がお手頃で選びました。
泊まっている人で外人さんが目立ったかな。
エレベーターは１階から部屋までセキュリティなしで通過でした。
8階にはマッサージチェアや幼児用のおもちゃ、漫画スペース、ランドリー製氷機がありました。
シャンプーやトリートメントにいくつか種類があって良かった。アメニティに関しては男性は困らないと思います。
お水の提供はないので手前のコンビニで購入していくのが良いです。
部屋はベッドが大きくて良いのだけど、部屋の大きさに見合わないのでデスクスペースの椅子がそのまま引けない。
夏の宿泊でしたが、空調をつけなくてもちょうど良かった。
Wi-Fiは弱めで電波が強いところを探さないと切れてしまう。
冷備え付けの冷蔵庫は長く使われてなかったのか開けるとスルメの臭いが襲ってきて使う気になれませんでした。
バスルームは若干のカビ臭。
総評としては星3だし値段が魅力的でした。

The building seems old, but when I stayed in a twin room the floor was very smelly, but the single room on the floor below didn't smell, which was nice.
It's reasonably priced and I stayed here because my wife was hospitalized, but I think it's perfect for business trips.
