I have stayed at this hotel before and I must say this would be my last stay. 

Their internet connectivity is very poor and constantly rate limited connection I even changed rooms and nothing improved. 

How even the bed sleeps very comfortable and you get the basics like shampoo and conditioner and the towels on check in. 

The room has a smart TV and if you have your own passwords you can log into Netflix and other streaming apps 

There is not much to do in the area but public train transportation is nearby which makes it easy to go to major attractions. 

For me it was a basic hotel and it's overpriced for what you get and for the area your situated in.

Best hotel in Bangkok!!! Will definitely be back!!

1. Front desk clerk was very helpful! He spoke great English and gave out great tips throughout my stay.

1. Stain the bedding is something we should apologize for that. 2. Since the pens we bought are washable, ordinary soap and water are definitely not enough to clean them thoroughly. But the bedding has special detergent so it's no problem to remove the stains. This problem doesn't exist in China. 3. You don't have corresponding policies or specific information about hotel compensation. It's just a verbal determination, which doesn't comply with the compensation rules. 4. You accused me of being a person. Ready to block me to live. It’s ok. That’s your way. May I ask if your hotel's publicity has achieved those goals? 5. From the very beginning of checking in, I felt that you  guys treated Chinese people differently. But because I have been in Thailand for many days with my children and I'm very tired, I had to stay for just a few days. 6. I don't have time to help you clean the bed sheets. Although you haven't clearly defined the compensation rules, I'm willing to compensate you because I'm Chinese. 7. If you have the chance to visit China, you will experience the tolerance of the Chinese people and the true service of the hotel. 8. You charged a deposit of 500 B. The total amount of 1,000 yuan was compensated according to your requirements. I’m on the way to your hotel and writing this comment in the car . Then will to airport.   Be kind Be respect. Be polite.  We r same.

The pictures shown online are very different to what the actual room look like. 

Things that really need to be mended are taped over. There is mould in the shower area. Housekeeping is generally OK but I was somewhat disappointed when their idea of making the bed seems to be just laying the blanket over. 

There are no slippers, soap bar or cotten buds provided. Check in staff tends to keep to themselves except for the lady and middle aged male. The rest just ignore you. 

It was very cheap, but if given the chance, I wouldn't want to come back and stay simply because the online pictures absolutely do not resemble the reality.

The hotel is located in the city center, making it easy to get around. There's a snack street nearby. The room facilities are generally good, and there's a billiard table and laundry room on the first floor. It's a great choice for accommodation!

I tell you what. One of the best hotels I have stayed. The location is somewhat need to walk, car can't go. Its all bars/clubs around the hotel.

Just go the behind street of the hotel is the Soi 11 where is the happening place, party and vibes. So yes the location is wow and the rooms were too.

Outstanding Service at iCheck Skyy Residence Sukhumvit 1: Thanks to Sitthipong & Nanlaua

As an Australian frequent traveler, I had a unique experience. The studio was spacious and clean. Most importantly, the reception service was swift and elegant, especially by Sitthipong Kenming. He was respectful and professional, providing me with information about the building and the rooms. He was very helpful. Also, at the reception, A Nanlaua was a respectable front face for the hotel alongside Sitthipong. I thank the management for choosing well-trained staff for customer service at such a high level.

Stayed 4D3N Dec 9-12 with 570 + MYR. 3 stars hotel with all basic facilities you need! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who looking for great location, good price and nice accomodation.

Our room is just nice, and the toilet is clean. The staff is not too friendly, but acceptable for us as long we satiesfied with our hotel.

You'll have basic toilet stuff like shampoo and bath gel, towel, same goes to the room. You can borrow iron from the desk staff, just ring them, they will delivered to your room.

The hotel location is superb great! Walking distance to Mosque Nurul Islam (for muslim) around 4-5 mins, 5 mins to Patong Beach, and Kalim Beach quite far may need to ride Tuktuk for 100 bhat per pax. As for Bangla Road and Jungceylon Center, may need to take Tuktuk as well, for walking distance will take around 10-15mins.

Near to the hotel you can get all halal restaurant, we had massage in front our hotel too. You can rent motorbike, plenty shops provide the services for motorbike!

Overall, we satisfied and would love to come back again to this hotel, its highly recommended!

Its really nice location, the hotel is clean just lack of ammenities, the rest is the best, and the opposite hotel got this exchange that everything is there if u need something😂

Location was great, walking distance to one of the biggest mall in Patong and food market, many restaurants along the street as well so you don't have to worry about starving in the middle of the night.
Check In and Check Out process smooth, you need to put deposit of THB 1,000 for each room. The room was spacious, although it has slight smelly odor at the first time we enter the room. The amenities inside also complete from the toiletries until kitchen appliances, they refill 2 water bottles every day.
Recommended for any type of traveler and it was cheap compared to other similar hotel.

I was really surprised. I didn't expect it to be that good for the amount of money I paid. Regardless of the location, the hotel is news, clean, and the staff are really friendly. I love it.

Although the hotel is located deep inside, there is a yellow bus passing by to The Mall Ngamwongwan and Pantip Plaza for 10 baht, which is quite convenient. The room is nice, the air conditioning is cool, and the bed is neither soft nor hard. The male staff who checked in provided good service and allowed us to leave our luggage.
