Poor hygiene

Se ubica fuera de la ciudad, relativamente cerca a los viñedos, las habitaciones son pequeñas,cuentan cin aire acondicionado y ventilador, poca potencia en el agua en las duchas, aceptables. El problema serio es en el restaurante y la piscina, había muchas moscas, sancudos y demás insectos. En general la limpieza no era muy buena. A mi hijo le encantó la mini granja con cuyes gallinas una cabra y una oveja.

Peso bote el bellísimo con una vista impresionante y una piscina excelente. Llegamos en la tarde almorzamos y luego nos dispusimos para ocupar nuestras habitaciones la pasamos excelente el ingreso de aires excelente también sin embargo la lámpara de noche estaba cortada no podíamos prenderla. La piscina es bellísima y en verano el clima seguro una estadía excelente pedimos un vino borgoña helado buenísimo remarca las pampas y disfrutamos de un mediodía excelente en la piscina junto con nuestro hijo. Es una bellísima estancia para pasar en familia sin embargo no recomiendo para nada el restaurante.

Two days before going to the hotel, I called to confirm that the reservation and the mileage redemption I made through Club Miles were in order. The response I received was that everything was in order and that they were waiting for us at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that we had to pay the full amount of the room since they did not recognize the mileage redemption, despite showing them the confirmation email from Club Miles. The worst thing was not that, but the lack of willingness to support us in finding a solution. They did not want to communicate with Diners and their solution was that we pay for the full amount of the room. There was zero empathy from the receptionist and the administrator. When I asked for the complaints book, I had to insistently ask them to give me a copy of the complaint filed and that it also be signed by the manager. The truth is that I do not recommend it at all. For the same price, I consider that there are better alternatives in Ica with better treatment.

Un Hotel muy bonito, tiene muchos atractivos. Restaurante igual estuvo muy bien hay muy buena atencion. Para despejarse de la rutina es perfecto, fui por negocios y tambien hay un buen trato. Me encanto su piscina lo mejor. Y la amabilidad de todo el personal
