Las instalaciones son bonitas pero parte del servicio puede mejorar. No lo recomiendo para grupos grandes o familias. Nosotros éramos 10 familias que vinimos por un torneo deportivo de nuestros peques. Al parecer la terma no estaba preparada para tantas personas. El primer día no tuve agua caliente, mi hija se tuvo que bañar con agua fría y el siguiente día había agua caliente pero con poca presión. Pedí cambio de cuarto desde el día 1 y no lo hicieron, al tercer día recién se solucionó el agua y presión. Servicio, cafetería y bar cierra a las 10pm. Apagan luces en todos lados, incluso en los pasillos. Nos botaron del restaurante, nos llamaron la atención de estar en la mesa de la piscina un sábado a las 10 de la noche a pesar que habíamos avisado que llegaríamos tarde por el mismo campeonato. El trato de uno de los responsables no fue el mejor, una lástima porque no todo el personal fue tan prepotente como él. Hay varios hoteles en la zona, podrían ver mejores opciones si son grupos grandes.

Excellent hôtel. Chambres super propres, superficie excellente, coffre de sécurité fonctionnel, air conditionné si souhaité, petit déjeuner au top avec belle variété de fruits dont des raisins verts et noirs succulents (bémol pour le pain : pas me meilleur...), 2 petites piscines dont une tempérée et l'autre un peu froide (...), ambiance de tranquillité idéale pour le repos. Seule critique : loin du centre d'Ica, taxi obligatoire qu'on peut commander depuis la réception (compter 10 soles, soit 2,5 €)... Serveuses très aimables au resto.

Buen servicio, buena atención del personal a cargo y habitaciones grandes, bonitas y limpias. El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y un ambiente tranquilo. Las piscinas grandes y limpias. En general un buen lugar para estar entre amigos o familiares.

Das Hotel liegt in einer abgeriegelt Siedlung und ist ohne Taxi quasi nicht zu erreichen. Was uns vorher nicht gesagt wurde, dass man mit sog. Tuktuks die Siedlung nicht befahren darf, so dass uns der Fahrer am Wachposten mitten in der Nacht aussteigen lassen musste. Der Wachmann war äußerst unfreundlich und wir mussten als Frauen alleine, ohne Navi bei stockdunkeler Nacht 20 Min. herumlaufen. Das Hotel/Zimmer selbst war sehr sauber, das Personal freundlich. Die Einrichtung des Restaurants hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Dame an der Bar war unglaublich nett und freundlich. Leider war das Essen nicht so gut, sehr geschmacksneutral.

Quiet, Friendly and Welcoming Hotel
Very nice hotel just down the road from Las Dunas but at half the price. It is in a safe area with friendly staff and good breakfast. Room was a little basic without bottled water, fridge or tea/coffee facilities but was large and air conditioning worked very well.
Decent mini-Market is 15 minute's walk away for in room snacks.
Nice bar area where they also serve food from 1300 to 2200 and we ate there every day. Service also continued through a rain-storm where most employees were out with their mops and brooms trying to control the flow of water.
Overall, a very pleasant 3 days were had there and would recommend. One lady spoke very good English. With other staff it was broken Spanish/English between us with gestures - all taken in good humour.
