Desde el lugar, ambientacion y comida excelente. Desde que llegamos el paisajismo es lindisimo, las habitaciones muy bien ambientadas, buen internet y aire acondicionado Muy buen ambiente, la comida exquisita, muy buenos vinos también. El tour bien explicado y la cata de vinos y piscos también excelente. Volveremos pronto !!!!!

A la ocasión del cumpleaños 80 de mi señor padre, decidimos pasar 3 dias y 2 2 noches en este hermoso hotel. Las instalaciones, amabilidad y profesionalismo del personal, son los aspectos más remarcables del establecimiento. Muy buena comida Excelente calidad/precio

Excelente hotel dentro de um vinhedo , neste local produz apenas Pisco mas as uvas são transportadas para Lima e virão bons vinhos , mirante durante o passeio oferecido com um por do sol sensacional e restaurante com boa comida .Piscina deliciosa.

Not as advertised
We had the honeymoon suite the place def look better in pictures than in person. Customer service was somewhat below what we expected. Employees around the location were not very friendly and it felt as if it was more like a compound within the gates than a hotel.
They probably should have more lighting in the area in the evenings as there is absolutely no lights on at night and it is pitch black dark out there. Wait until you visit you will understand what I mean.
The hotel room was the most expensive one, honeymoon, when we arrived we had 2 bottles of wine there, which we thought were complimentary as it didn’t have any signage of cost and besides one would think they would at least comp their guests in most expensive rooms a sample of their wine that originates there.
Moving on I would say if you are looking to book here to make sure you bring your car or reserve a taxi to see their tour as to our surprise they include a wine tour in price but say you have to get your own transportation to see it.
Overall I wouldn’t say it was a terrible place. The grounds and scenery are what you would expect to see. But all else left a lot to be desired for.
