This is the most disgusting hotel in Peru. I have traveled a lot and this hotel took Top 🔝 1 in my rating of bad hotels.
The hotel is old, there is no drinking water in the room, you need to buy it at the bar for 6 soles. The air conditioning doesn't work well, it blows too cold and you can get sick. When you open the window, you can hear a lot of car noise from the road. It's impossible to sleep

La vista de las dunas espectacular. La piscina, un lugar para compartir. El cuarto muy grande. el restaurante muy cómodo y la comida buena. Los alrededores del hotel con mucha variedad de restaurantes y lugares para compartir con amigos. Excelente experiencia.

We booked a garden view room but on arrival were given keys to a room at the back of the complex. When we went back to reception, the person at the desk showed us the garden view room which was small and tired. As it was late, we chose to stay in the original room. Spoke to a guest later who had heard our front desk conversation. she had had a similar experience, she was a little more persistent than me and was moved to the larger garden view room ! The room we stayed in was large and bare, with no place to put your case except on the bed! There was no hot water in the evening or in the morning! The air conditioning leaked and there was a huge puddle on the floor by the door. The breakfast was plentiful. The gardens beautiful. The pool big and clean with plenty of shade. Lovely veranda /bar over looking the oasis. I am undecided about this hotel. the hotel has such potential, yet it lets itself down. The communal areas are well kept, but the rooms are disappointing. Service is poor at the front desk and slow in the bar. We were only here for one night so it was fine.

Hotel lindíssimo localizado em frente a laguna de Huacachina. Tanto o quarto como o banheiro sao amplos. Bom e variado café da manhã. A piscina super agradavel. Entretanto no nosso quarto apesar do espaco não tinha um local tipo mesa para colocar a mala (acabei colocando na pia do banheiro) e durante a nossa estadia água quente do chuveiro não funcionou. FALTA uma melhor manutenção para os quartos.
