From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were royalty! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could want from a five-star hotel.

Great hotel in the center of Ibiza. Amazing staff, great food, clean and nice rooms and the most amazing breakfast buffet ever. I‘d say one of the best if not the best choice in that area

Fantastic staff, lovely hotel and great location. I’m a paraplegic T6 and the staff have been brilliant, in particular Cesar and Cristian who even made a ramp so I could get up to a deck of sun beds. Faultless. Jenny who meets and greets for breakfast is so kind as are all the staff.

From the moment we entered the Gran to the moment we left the staff made us 2 parents and 3 young adult girls feel special. They were amazing. Nothing was a problem, everything was possible and there was nothing I could write that was negative. Breakfast was simply stunning, beautiful live acoustic musicians in superb surroundings.

This hotel was recommended by a friend for their location and their breakfast buffet but everything about our experience exceeded expectations and was beyond 5 star! We went on our honeymoon to Spain earlier in May. We stayed at 5 star hotels in Barcelona, Ibiza and Madrid. I told all of them that it was our honeymoon in the notes section of the reservation, but the Ibiza Gran was the only hotel that made us feel special about it. Gustavo did an amazing job at showing us our room amenities. He made me want to clap with the way he opened the curtains to show us the the view of Old Town Ibiza - we upgraded to the Panoramic Junior Suite and it was so worth it! Then he asked why we were visiting and we said our honeymoon, he said "oh ok, the hotel must be doing something special for you then"...as he walked us to the entrance of our room and showed us a display of champagne on ice, chocolates, balloons and a note from the GM thanking us for choosing to stay there. Some how Gustavo managed to make us miss this when we walked in, or he had some undercover help, either way it was such a beautiful surprise! The TV in the room said welcome Mr & Mrs ***, another great touch. But here's the real kicker! They surprised us by offering to drive us to dinner in the hotels Bentley car service. No where on their website is this advertised so we were in total AWE! They have one Bentley and I chose early May to avoid the crowds, and I'm so grateful of this because we were able to get dropped off in a Bentley every time we left the hotel. Luis was so great at arranging this and Javi was a fun driver with great music. The buffet lived up to it's reputation, but again it was the combination of the staff, toiletries in the room, the view and location, the Bentley car service and their attention to detail! We will stay here every time we come to Ibiza!!!

Do yourself a favor and add Ibiza Gran Hotel to your must stay list in Ibiza! The property is ideally located near all of the action, yet it feels like a private sanctuary at the same time. The highlight of the stay was undoubtedly the food! The property has some of the best cuisine I’ve experienced at any hotel in Spain with an abundance of restaurant options. Also, the new Open Spa is incredible, the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring the island. I already can’t wait to return to Ibiza Gran Hotel! :)

If you want the 5 star treatment you need to visit this place,This immaculate hotel is in a prime location,20 minutes walk from old town.It would be hard to single out and individual staff member as they are all so kind and carnt do enough for you,One of our party is in a wheelchair and but was unable to access the top loungers in the adult pool due to a step in the decking,one of the staff named" Christian "come over with a tape measure and within 30 mins took it upon his self to build a ramp so we can use the loungers,unbelievable service,every single staff member,ive never seen a dedicated staff member that comes around to clean your sunglasses,unreal,ill definitely be coming back.

Just checked in for the first time in this hotel in Ibiza As an extensive traveler, there are some basic requirements that needs to be met and are not here The room 218 that we got first, costing above €700 per night, has no view and smells moisture and humidity. As If it hasn’t been opened or washed or refreshed for weeks Also considering the price you’re paying and proximity to the beach, having zero view and being asked for €550 to upgrade to the next category is a rip off Just have been moved to 223 or 227, and both have the same smell. Haven’t been offered any solution If your noise function properly, avoid this hotel at all cost. Come for the restaurants if you need to, but don’t stay here

Nice hotel and ok location. BUT very noisy at night due to Zuma restaurant at the side of the pool, all rooms face this, Music and noise till 4/5 am, could not get to sleep. Staff are not very helpful or friendly, infact quite rude at times. Vastly over priced and vastly over rated. WOULD NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.

Literally everything was perfect, from the hotel interior design and wow lobby to the atrium and pool area. Staff was above pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, cool bathroom concept. Generally a great feel good choice.

The hotel is in a great location. The Bed was comfortable. The staff, particularly the concierge, was a bright spot. The concierge, who has been with the hotel for 17 years, went above and beyond to help us switch rooms and was indeed a pleasure to deal with. His professionalism and warm demeanour stood in contrast to the now lacklustre environment. Disliked · Having stayed at this property when it was the charming boutique hotel "Le Parc," I was saddened to see what it has become under the Marriott Bonvoy brand. Once a lovely, quaint escape just outside the centre of Paris, the hotel has lost all its former charm. The beautiful plaid and tartan décor that gave it such a warm, inviting feel has been replaced with a sterile, uninspired design featuring laminated white, grey, and shiny brown surfaces. The character that made this place so unique has been entirely erased. Our stay started on a disappointing note with a room in the offshoot of the hotel. The room had low ceilings and an unappealing view over a roof and felt damp, tired, and in need of serious renovation. To their credit, the staff quickly accommodated our request to move rooms. The second room was an improvement in that it wasn’t damp but still small, hard to manoeuvre around the furniture, outdated, and uncomfortable. The overall condition of the hotel is concerning. Peeling paint and scratched walls are everywhere, and the once lush, luxurious atmosphere has vanished. The property has not been maintained to the standard it once held. We chose not to dine at the hotel, as the atmosphere wasn’t conducive to a pleasant meal. Even the cappuccino in the lobby was disappointing, which only added to the overall sense of decline. I won’t be returning on my next visit to Paris, but I hope that one day, Marriott Bonvoy will invest in restoring this once-beautiful hotel to its former glory. Not worth £500+ a night.

An absolute pleasure and delight to stay at this remarkable hotel. What really makes this hotel is the staff, they are ALL absolutely wonderful. We received warm, friendly but professional service throughout our stay. For a holiday destination you will not find better service, truly 5star plus staff.

Another fantastic stay at this truly 5 Star hotel. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable, lovely view of the old town from our balcony. In my opinion the best breakfast in the world, so much choice and open until 11.30am Lovely adults only pool and a new gym which is clean and spacious and has some good equipment in it. But the thing that makes it probably our favourite hotel in the world is the staff. They are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much for them. They have all been there a long time, which is always a good sign. Special thanks to Chek, Pepe, Jenny, Laura, Alvador and Caesar although there are really too many excellent members of staff to mention. We will definitely be back Thank you

Extremely expensive, for the price point we were expecting a much better room and service. We had to wait until 7pm for the room to be ready, we had a leak in the room. No apologies or any sort of solution was given…upon check out we mentioned to the manager on duty. Told me I will receive an email with my invoice and a 20% discount for the issues. Still waiting for 2x weeks…

We came to celebrate my husband birthday, between friends and family we had 12 rooms booked. Everything was good until check out time. Girl by the name Alaia ruined the whole experience. On top of been unprofessional and not knowing what to do, she's rude, obnoxious and lying. Simple task became a huge issue for her. Thank you for the manager Pedro who stepped in and solved the issue. If you staying at Ibiza Gran try to have any communications with front desk Alaia to avoid any unnecessary stress.
