Very poor maintenance. Stuffy rooms. Took multiple tries before I got one i could manage. Smelly bathroom with stained amenities. Stained and streaked windows. AC could not be regulated, old and outdated. Straw that broke the camels back, asked for ice with my drink and the staff said no ice. Asked for the manager, was told he was away as its weekend that I should wait for the next day. Meanwhile, was eating a spicy meal. Made a stink and said I would report the issue to the GM, a semblance of ice miraculously appeared. Not sure of the purity of the water used at this rate. I am so tempted to check out and go somewhere better, unfortunately the town is on lockdown tomorrow. What a HUGE let down.

I didn’t like anything about my stay, I enjoyed leaving. The building appeared rundown, requiring significant repairs and updates. Stains adorned the walls, and there were holes in the tubs, towels were old and worn out. There were peculiar odors throughout the hotel. Music played in the halls throughout the night, and cockroaches were present in the rooms. The most disappointing aspect was the additional charge for breakfast despite booking a room for two people. A rip off, the staff were unreasonable about it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

For Ibadan, this is our go to place to stay for work. It is safe, clean and overall, good service. There are not that many great options in Ibadan so this BW is a very good one.

This hotel is run by a Minister. To be honest, this hotel is terrible. I understand this hotel served better when this hotel was established. It’s in a terrible condition. They have no hygienic restaurant. Their gym is not functioning. They don’t have many items on the menu in a restaurant. Most of things are terribly poorly maintained. I will not recommend this hotel even for local businesses. My Nigerian colleagues agree with the above statement. Water pressure in the shower is low. The internet is too slow.

Spent two nights here. Hotel is one of the most sought after in Ibadan. Good location. Has lots of guests coming in and out for events such as weddings. Obviously a popular hotel. They should take care of security as it seems it’s too accessible for non staying guests. Complimentary breakfast for one person. They should improve of spread for breakfast.i did not enjoy any variety. Decent comfy bed. Good bathroom

Stayed the night of May 20th 2022. I had to be moved 3 times before they could find a room conducive for a night stay. Initially I was in room 204 which I found out later that there were moulds in the bathroom. So disgusting. The hotel staff didn't even think this was serious! I was later moved to another room with a broken toilet seat. To my surprise, I found a glass cup with lipstick stain in the room. I could never have thought of this unimaginable low standard with the best western brand.
