best hotel in town i travelled with my family to iasi,cultural capital of romania and i stay in this hotel for a few days beatiful room,very clean,the staff from the reception are very polite and friendly. very nice breakfast. next time in iasi we will definitetly stay in this hotel again

Bana göre şehirdeki en iyi ve kaliteli otel.Pek çok kez bu otelde konaklama imkanım oldu ve bu otel bana kendimi evimde gibi hissettirdi.Özellikle personelin ilgisi ve beni tanımaları çok hoşuma gidiyor.Her seferinde odama hediye bırakılıyor.Konum olarak her yere çok yakın ve ulaşım ***et kolay.Burayı herkese tavsiye ederim

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel a dicembre. Che dire! Ottimo hotel, dentro un monumento storico ,personale molto preparato e gentile, ottima colazione. In serata abbiamo cenato al ristorante Gustave con piatti deliziosi. Ci torneremo.

4 Stars?! What a joke. The room was like an oven, they thiughtfuly have a thermometer there to remind me it was 29 degrees all night. Air con didn't work. I enquired at the front desk about having it checked (once the receptionist finished browsing google on her phone) and she sent a grumpy guy up to check our room. He muttered something and stormed out. Back to reception, girl says aircon can't cope, "what can I do" she says, and back on her phone. Music boomimg through our room till after midnight with some function downstairs. What a disgrace. Don't stay here, you will be disappointed.

Come sempre , oramai da 4 anni faccio tappa a iasi ( bellissima città ) e ho scelto sempre questo horel . Per me il migliore in assoluto su iasi . Dalla pulizia stanze , professionalità e sopratutto grande disponibilità di tutti gli addetti , dalla reception alle signore che si occupano dal riordino stanze . Complimenti davvero !

Terrible hotel nothing worked the safe was broken the refrigerator didn’t work. the room was with a terrible small we had to move 3 rooms until we found something that is suitable for staying The reception desk was terrible avoid this hotel It is not a 4 star hotel
