It was lovely to explore the park once it was closed, very different experience. It felt like you had the place to yourself.

Had our wedding here having really enjoyed staying previously. Wouldn’t recommend it going forward. Felt taken advantage of with the adjusted pricing structure for a wedding, and the quality of service didn’t reflect the notable inflation in price.

PL is absolutely amazing! There are countless animals to see, and lots to do. the younger the children, the more they'll enjoy it, although our 3 almost teenage children loved it too! the cause speaks of itself. the staff are highly knowledgeable about the animals and the place itself. the talks and experiences are also worth giving a try - money goes to a worthwhile cause and it's a memory for life!

we loved staying at wolf Lodge. The room was lovely and we loved the animal park. The only suggestion is that for the money paid for the room it would be nice to get one feeding included for the visit with the wolves. Also we did find a live vole in the room on the last evening. My wife caught it and put it outside but it would be good to be sure there aren't more getting in.

We had a fabulous time at Bear Lodge, can’t fault it, the whole family loved the stay. The staff were great, the animals looked so well looked after and we also visited Howlets which was great

Something for everyone. Food is lovely but picnic advisable if your cutting costs. Animals seem very well looked after. All staff actually seem happy to be there which always makes for a wonderful stay anywhere. Really want to come back, now I know where things are. Will be bringing family. Xx thanks for great memories

We took a chance with a late booking for a special occasion and it was worth it. Everything was spot on. We have visited before but never stayed and we cannot wait to do it again.

The food was overpriced and awful! £20 for a salad with a ***** of halloumi . The children’s food was disgusting. Why should children be offered chicken nuggets. Animal/environment disaster . With a small portion of fries, pot of over cooked peas and carrots and a small mango sorbet for £15. The safari was uneventful…upside all the staff were nice and helpful.
