I recently stayed at The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace on a business trip and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional service and attention to detail provided throughout my stay. Upon check-in, I was warmly welcomed by Krishna, who immediately recognized my Marriott Titanium status. He took the time to clearly explain all the hotel facilities and the exclusive benefits available to me, which made me feel truly valued as a loyal guest. The Executive Lounge on the 25th floor also deserves a special mention. The staff there were not only professional and attentive, but incredibly thoughtful. They noticed I enjoyed mangoes, and on the day of my departure, they surprised me with a beautifully prepared box of sliced mangoes to take with me on my flight — such a personal and kind gesture that left a lasting impression. What stood out the most, however, was the exceptional support from Assistant Front Desk Manager Harshank. When I was unable to book an Uber during rush hour, he swiftly arranged a hotel car for me without hesitation. Even more impressively, he told me to simply message him whenever I was ready to return, and he would have a car sent to pick me up again. This level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. I highly recommend The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace to anyone visiting Hyderabad — whether for business or leisure — and I will definitely return on my next trip.
