We booked this hotel for 3 nights, the room was terrible, very noisy even though our room was located on the back side. We could still hear the traffic noise, renovation still going on at 2:00 am, the bedsheets, pillow cases and the blankets were very smelly. The shower was broken, the tiles and the walls were leaking. The room doors shut very loudly, this will also keep you awake at night time. The front desk staff were very rude and not helpful at all, they will not even greet you when you walk by the front desk. The wifi was not working, when we complained about the wifi, the staff didn’t care. They stated that the problem is from the outside. The morning manager and the old security at the front entrance were excellent. That’s the only positive experience we had. The front desk lady that works in the morning shift was very rude, and had poor social and communication skills. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone, find another hotel in the neighbour hood. If we get a free stay at this hotel, we will NEVER come back to this hotel again.

Overall good hotel to stay. First good things Very close to Metro station, enables you to use the same Well connected, one can walk to Hussain Sagar and New Secretariat Building. Good wholesome breakfast, fresh food given Good laundry service Room was clean and the service was good, water bottles were given every day and cleaned well Nearby quite a few good restaurants are there in case you want to have food outside. Few points to improve As this is adjacent to road, noises are there all day, hence sleep can get disturbed Bathroom was having some block in our room, but was taken care once informed Reception guys insist every day to give payments for the room, which I find really annoying and should be avoided for sure Most annoying part is smoking smell in the corridor (once you come out of the room, though we chosen no smoking one). It stays for the whole day almost. Overall good hotel in Lakdi-ka-pul area to stay in budget.

Hotel is a good executive hotel, good interiors, rooms are clean and good lighting and interiors. Bathroom slightly small but fine. Only reason for lower rating is because i checked in much later than my checkin time and i had called hotel informing about exact arrival but then on arrival my room was still not ready and i had not a good conversation on reception
