The hotel is centrally located with easy access to travel around the city by Taxi, Metro and other local transport. The Reception staff is very professional and the check-in and check-out process was hassle free. It’s my favourite hotel to stay whenever I visit the city. The staff in the Bar and Restaurant are also friendly and attentive to Guests needs. Overall a pleasant experience as always and will definitely be back to stay at this wonderful property.

Located right at the heart of Hyderabad, at lakdikapul, the property has quite an impressive facade and presence. Given the location, commutation to an from, is also pretty hassle free even late at night. I was a little disappointed with the laid back and non-chalant demeanour of the reception staff at the time of check-in....so much so that I had to ask if there was someone who could help with our luggage and show us to our room, and even then, the porter came to help only when we started lugging our baggage. The room was well furnshed with all amenities, but could be bigger. Not really enough space to move around without bumping into one furniture or the other....otherwise nothing much to complain. Service was good, food quite palatable. There was one other thing that irked me quite was their policy of charging 50 bucks for additional tea/coffee sachets in the room....what the....???? Even with these cons, I'd say that this is a decent enough property that you could consider, unless you plan to spend quite a bit of your time in the hotel.

1. There was some blockage issue in the wash basin of my room. I informed to reception and didn't see any action on it. 2. No one helped me to carry my luggage till my room at the time of check in. 3. Opposite to my room someone left their alcohol glass at outside of the door in late evening and full night the smell was in corridor, it was completely discomfort able for me being as a solo traveler women. Hygine, no proper water in bathroom, no proper arrange ment of breakfast(like frutes over sir, they have only idly bad a etc, room was not maintained, staff were like helpful but no result, reception is very small, they will give hot food in plastic pot, room was getting lot of noises,
