Ambiens was good. Suitable for all types of occassions. Food was tasty. We went for candlelight dinner which was in the garden kind of area, it was full of mosquitoes. That's the only problem. Otherwise overall good. I would like to rate 4/5.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days breakfast was good but was repeated eatable everyday no changes in all 5 days Housekeeping team was good room were cleaned services were on time Pool guard was really rude Front office staff was not welcoming except from Mr. Migenra he was very friendly guy apart from him no one was welcoming and the guy in evening shift was ver rude to talk to

I enjoyed the stay at Ella. The staffs are are very nice and friendly. They upgraded to premium suite since I came with family and I have not any upgraded in my any bookings. The food cost is very nominal and in-room dining quality is good.

Not value for money at all, dirty room and poor quality beds and interior and Dusty rooms. Room service was pathetic they made call trice and made me wait for almost an hour for simple water. Restaurant staff is good and supportive had dinner on stay night food is good however limited options available.
