Moth balls is not a flavour I like so a no for me for linens and open air. It is in the middle of Hiitech City under construction. So lots of dust.
Otherwise under the condition the staff have done their best to keep the place clean
If you want to be right in the middle of the city this is the place.
Mahen the business manager was wonderful. Breakfast is super good. And all the staff are very helpful.

Property were not clean and some smell are coming from the room and mosquitoes and cockroaches was in room, services were not good and food are terrible they are providing 1lit water only and will not stay this hotel again

I stayed at the property for a week for official purposes. The location is apt, close to food joints and not too far away from multinational companies. It was a decent property with good shower facility; the best part was home-like food, and a complimentary gym with basic machines. They also had a moderate buffet set up for all meals in the day, which is unheard of in mid-scale hotels like this one. They were a bit hesitant to issue extra towels for some reason, but overall the staff was friendly.
