Hi i had happy sleep bed and temperature is very comfortable to get best sleep. Morning gym facilities ate really good. Guy taking care of gym is really humble enough throe his service.

Property location was good, its just 700 mtrs from the main katra market. Hotel was clean and rooms were good as per the price tag. They also have a small kitchen in the hotel so you can order minimum food like some parota's, dal rice, maggi, chai, coffee and basic food. Mr. Vinod, he is a good person, he was just a ring away for everything. Overall, good experience staying at the elite. I will definitely visit this hotel in my next trip to vaishno devi katra.

Booked i stay classic for couple of days. Room was spacious. Bathroom was very clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Unfortunately room doesn't have closed cabinets, it's cement shelf only. And also small cockroaches were found roaming around the room.

Location- very posh and accessible location. Department store right beneath. There is a huge botanical garden at 10 mins walk. It’s too good for a morning walk. Food - the breakfast array is quite ok. The quality should improve a bit. The food from the ala carte menu was really good. Amenities - the rooms are neat, modern and good enough for a business traveller.
