Gym was tucked away to the back so there was privacy and the treadmills faced the pool. Nice atmosphere. Room was a tad musky but staff have been extremely attentive and caring. Breakfast spread was goos

The Link Cafe at this hotel is very good. The staff especially Parismita, Sai Laxmi and Sai are excellent Baristas and gave me one good cup of coffee after another. The bakery is also very good with an array of pastry options. The Sourdough in particular and the club sandwich is excellent.

"I had an exceptional stay at Sheraton Hyderabad Hotel, From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. The room was spotless, beautiful, and had all the amenities I needed. I particularly appreciated the comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fint keep me connected with friends and family. Special thanks to Bhavana, whose attention to detail and kindness truly made a difference during my stay at the hotel. Breakfast each morning was very delightful, with a great variety of food that kept me excited to start my day. Thank you for an amazing experience! We had been to The feast restaurant at Sheraton Hyderabad for family dinner. The staff was Really helpful and kind. They helped us alot to celebrate the eve. Food was also very good and tasty. Although Chk biryani needs to be worked upon on taste. Overall , enjoy the night . Thanks to all the staff at The Feast

My experience at the Sheraton was excellent. The hotel offers diverse dining options, and my lunch at Zega was outstanding. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, particularly from two staff members: Abhishek, the floor supervisor, and Akhand. When I noticed an unpleasant odor upon check-in, Abhishek responded promptly and efficiently resolved the issue. Both staff members consistently ensured my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The attentive service alone makes me eager to return. A truly memorable hotel experience.

It was amazing it’s my first time visiting here with my daughter and we enjoyed the food with great staff with pleasure we came and with the service of parismitha we have done great and now it’s going to be my favourite breakfast place and I going visit more often .

She has done good job bersha is done perfect cleaning & all in the room. She clean bathroom & room perfect & after clean everything she asked for check & update,I stay multiple location in big hotels but I didn’t see like this she is doing very hoanestly his job best wishes for her.

We recently visited Sheraton for a family lunch. The cordial service made us feel like at home. Chef Benjamin prepared a special less spicy mutton briyani which was the best briyani we ever had. Live music was very pleasant. The choice of menu is vast and many new recipies like bhutanese chicken gravy , lotus stem fry etc made lunch interesting Service of staff Rohit and Shadab made our experience it more sweeter. Would visit frequently.

One of the best 5* experiences out there. Never disappoints. We've been attended to by Nagaraju and Dibash @ Feast, Sheraton. What attention to detail and service mindset! Kudos. We had an year old baby, and yet we dined in full bliss. Such was the support:)
