Very courteous staff at reception and Mr dinesh in restaurant. Print service. Definitely will recommend for stay in this hotel .food is delicious, jain also . Cleaniness remarkable . Advised to have liquid hand wash and body wash instead of soap cake

Front desk Manager Dasmat Majhi was courteous helpful and guided us for going to some places Hotel is centrally located & convenient Rooms are clean and hotel premises well maintained Buffet Breakfast was tasty having variety food items and menu changes every day in our 3day stay

As I write this review, it’s 11pm on a Wednesday and there is a full on party going in one of the rooms with music blasting causing the walls to shake and furniture being dragged across the floor. This is completely unacceptable and why, as someone who never writes reviews, I felt compelled to write this. Oh, and the WiFi is terrible, key cards keep getting deactivated, they charge you extra for double occupancy but won’t give two key cards for the room, they put me in the wrong room and moved me at 6am, the bathrooms are moldy, they only give two towels total, and the shower and bathroom lights are unreliable. 2 stars because they make up your room everyday and provided extra water bottles. I’m annoyed…

Amazing stay experience specially mr. srinibash ji was very helpful, rooms were clean and service was upto the mark supportive staff but the best part srinibash made my stay comfortable and helped me alot coz of thar i was able to complete my Mallikarjun darshan hassle free

Needs improvement in all areas. A dingy area difficult to access. Food is good for Non vegetarians, looks like. Restricted for a light breakfast only. Upkeep of rooms not good. The reception and check in process was ok. Room service needs improvement,

Hotel was the best, services was the best. Rooms were clean and staff behaviour was very polite and helpful. Food was up to mark. Hygine was well mentioned. Will rate 5 star for the best experience. Rooms are big and well mentaines is properly done.

The experience at the Royalton was amazing, this was mainly due to the fantastic treatment received by Amit in reception. He was extremely friendly and super helpful. He helped us with travel arrangements and went to extra lengths to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thank you Amit for your wonderful treatment whilst we were staying at the Royalton Hotel!

A very good and pleasant stay all because of one person Mr. Srinivas who helped us during our check in till we checked out. Although one of the person Mr. Ankit from the reception was very rude and indisciplined Mr. Srinivas walk through and sorted our issue, if not for Srinivas i was about to cancel my booking. Rooms were neat and clean breakfast and food was good. Overall 5 stars for Srinivas who takes guests as his top most priority. Other people like Ankith need to be trained.

Everything from the accomodation, the rooms, the staff at the reception, housekeeping, Maintenance, and the staff at the Bistro restaurant and the Bar, including the security staff, they all were just amazing, courteous, helpful and professional. Special thanks to Mr. Dasmat Majhi, Monica, Sonalika, Venu. Looking forward to staying at this hotel on my future trips to Hyderabad. Well done!
