My overall experience was good. The hotel's location was truly superb, and nearby facilities were also convenient. However, the hotel's service was not very satisfactory. My booking was from 23.04.25 at 12:00 PM, but I arrived late at 12:30 AM, and they charged me an extra ₹1500/-, which did not seem fair. Also, my checkout was scheduled for 27.04.25 in the afternoon, but I checked out early at 3:00 AM. Even after an early checkout, no refund or adjustment was offered. The hotel management should focus on providing better service and fair charges to the customers.

Location is in middle of city near char minar. But the condition of rooms, amenities etc is average.

Travel-led during christmas weekend, paid for 4 night stay, however checked out after first night. Rooms are too small, bed occupies 90% of the room space, and not maintained properly. My room didn't have tv, which was big minus for my kid. If you are traveling with family, please avoid this hotel.

It was a nightmare. The room is very small, barely able to move around the bed. No toilet paper. Cockroaches everywhere. Do not advise anyone to stay.

Ac rooms are good and clean, the non ac rooms could use some renovations. The staff is polite and helpful. There isn't a in-house restaurant at the property which may pose a problem with some travellers but since it's located right inside the main market, you can easily find everything. Overall cleanliness should be improved as the corridors and bathrooms were dirty. I will suggest this property for a budget stay near the charminar
