Taj the pits! Tacky, noisy. There was a ganpati in the premise. The racket they created, inspite of so many requests. Had to move out to another hotel. Will never stay here. And neither should you. Food was ok. S Room ok. But hot water from all taps. Couldn’t get it lukewarm. They said they will fix it but didnt.

Ridiculous is what i would say. Had a nightmare staying in this property. Can imagine such a worst service of the front desk team and the Housekeeping team. Aweful to say. Never forget this experience ever in my life. They have to really look into this before their name is spoiled

worst house keeping. You have to demand change of towels bed drape etc. No water given, you have to buy water bottles. rooms never white washed. Ceiling and side walls have dampness marks and some places cement came out. No relaxing facility in even executive rooms. sit on mattress only. Food is average and too costly. Room smell damp and sure to get throat infection. Room charges 3K is not worth and you will fell you are in a choultry. Breakfast which is complimentary is good. DONT JUDGE THE HOTEL BY ITS NAME.

Neat n clean best hotel centrally located..Top class South Indian restaurant with delicious food..Always full during lunch n dinner..FAST room service..House keeping staff is best hygiene maintained upto best level.. Recommended to all visiting Hyderabad.

Been to Taj Mahal after ages . But now the services has gone to drains … the most famous sambhar doesn’t taste the same . Worst experience. Strangely the steward got a bill which didn’t have all items mentioned and asked to add manually and pay.

The service at Abids TMH has shamefully degraded. Our family went for a dinner to celebrate my daughters birthday. Not only did they delay the order for a long long time, but also served very disinterestedly . On the top we ordered Biryani and dal makhani and they didn't have the minimum common sense to serve them together. The dal makhani was brought after Biryani was completed. On the top of it, the servers as well as Manager are extremely rude. Probably they have the confidence that their jobs are secured even though they don't fulfill their duties. Finally our happy mood and party night were messed up by TMH Abids staff. Please take strict action and also train your staff before the business collapses. I reserved their banquet hall for a family gathering on May 21. The experience has been very good and staff extremely cooperative in last minute changes. The food was very tasty. All my guests really enjoyed the food. It was a really pleasure hosting an event at this hotel. Thank you staff at Taj at Abids for helping my family event become a valuable memory. Manjari
