Lovely old hotel, much nicer than the rather charmless new places opening up.
Not the perfect location, not much around, but easy access to the metro and not bad traffic.
Great breakfast and fantastic value.

I recently stayed at Itc Kakatiya and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staf were welcoming making check in and checkout smoothly and effortlessly Shoutout to Armit Kaur we met her during checkout who has recently joined hotel as she mentioned. The room with balcony was a blessing with the amenities. We are planning other trip very soon.

This was my third stay at ITC Kakatiya. While the first two times were great with no issues, the most recent stay was disappointing. Despite staying for seven nights and informing the hotel early about my arrival, they initially refused early check-in, only relenting after some back-and-forth. As a Bonvoy Elite, this wasn't the experience I expected, especially since the hotel was only about 70% occupied. That said, the breakfast is excellent, the restaurants are great, and they offer a brilliant happy hour for Bonvoy Elites with a good selection of alcoholic beverages and food at the bar. The service can vary depending on which staff member you get—some have been with the hotel for years—but it's never bad. I will definitely consider this property again.

Very comfortable stay. Good and decent size rooms. Good breakfast spread. Hotel location at heart of city and convenient. Better then nearby star hotels

the rooms need an upgrade .. the fixtures in the bathroom are old and not up to mark .. the room misses modern amenities… if you ask me only the reception and lounge area is redone and reflects of a typical itc hotel but the room needs a lot of attention ..

Iam on business trip for two days checked in yesterday I am itc club member too I was given room in 16 Th floor .i had horrible experience as soon as u enter the floor the carpet was stinking There is no facility executive club Worst experience in my lifetime

出張で団体で2泊し、会議室も利用。バーの時間も団体の気を遣ってくれ、渡航の際、荷物が未着になるトラブルがあったが、それに対してもできる限りのサポートをしてくれた。スタッフ一人一人が丁寧でだった。
