The location was good and near hitech city. The property was clean and the staff was supportive. Food was alright. Internet was free but not working, so make sure you plan your back up like hotspot etc. Hotel policies are not customer friendly for guest visits. You can meet them at the reception but they won't allow them to the room unless you pay even if it's for a few hours. We had to prep for a business meeting and staff and their gm was adamant. No big hall or a conference room for such meetings.

1. location : Location of the hotel is, it is well placed. every other important thing of Hyderabad is in 30 minutes
2. cleanliness: I booked a suite, it was clean.

4. Food was the issue and the service of food.
they don't listen, they deliver you what u haven't even order and the order gets missed..
in the buffet breakfast they don't listen to you if you are there after 10 AM as it is their closing time.
the food was cold.all.the time when it was delivered to room and when I ate it in the restaurant buffet.
when ever you complain about the hardship they give you more back

The rooms are old and stinks though the bed sheets and all other items are fine. The study table is provided which is very good. Restaurant food is oak y type. No ventilation. Ac's are making noise all time. Staff good.
