The room was terrible. It had a strong, nauseating, and dizzying smell (artificial fragrance). When I tried to open the window for fresh air, I noticed a lot of white bird droppings on the balcony and window glass.
Although my reservation was non-refundable, I still chose to forgo the stay after discovering the room's poor condition. I stayed elsewhere.

This was a very good, clean, safe hotel. Don't believe all the fake negative reviews written by competing hotels. Our room for three was spacious and comfortable, the staff here are polite and professional. It's a minute walk to the Grand Hotel, use that as your marker to get taxis or rickshaws close. Also the Grand Hotel ( it's a restaurant not a hotel) is an incredible place to eat non veg northern Indian cuisine, it's huge and packed upstairs with local diners all day long.

I had a wonderful stay at New Hotel Sohail in Hyderabad! The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a great place to relax. What truly made my experience exceptional was the staff—every single person I interacted with was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality really stood out and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hyderabad. Great service, and a great overall experience!
