My experience with eastin hotel is been really great since i am staying at eastin hotel since my last couple of visits to hyderabad and i find this hotel too good with excellent ambience and luxurious rooms. Restaurant at eastin hotel offers food with great taste and finger licking snacks that i love to eat. Great hotel for stays on vacation or work.

The staff at the reception are pathetic.Their communication and attire is very poor.They are not welcoming enough.I ordered the food from the room.It got delayed so much that I had to reconfirm by calling them again .Food was not so great.Telivision inside the room was disconnected from the power point.It smells like piss inside the room .Overall horrible experience.Doesn’t recommend staying here.It is overly expensive for the ambiance and quality of service they have.

The room was dirty when I checked in and the bathroom had mosquitos and small insects flying around.I had to call the housekeeping to clean the room.They just sprayed room freshener and went away. I had ordered water from Blinkit and the receptionist told me that we'll send it to the room after calling 5-6 times my parcel was still lying at the reception and they kept saying we will send it.
