I had checked out from this hotel earlier than supposed to, cause I was too disgusted to stay. They don't understand what clean is and the rooms lacks maintenance. Sheets and towels are not white and bathroom has a lot of mold in between the tiles, so I did not even take a shower. They offered me another room yesterday soon after check in bit that one was even worse with stains on the bed linen. They would offer me another option in the afternoon but I did not have my hopes up and after a bad night of sleep, I just left. They don't really admit the rooms are not clean or take their responsibility, since they did not want to refund the nights I did not stay. Be aware before booking this hotel.

Towels were clearly used and not washed. Just folded to look good. Same with comforter and pillows. Could also see various stains on towels, comforter and pillow.
However main issue was the cockroaches. Dead cockroach under bathroom sink had not been cleaned up. Another live cockroach was running around in bathroom.
I would recommed skipping this hotel. The pictures dont live up to reality.

The staff is nice and friendly. The room was cleaned daily, but I was still not satisfied.
There are several points of criticism:
1. The water in the sink overflow doesn't drain and emits a foul odor. This is also due to the design of the sink.
2. The bathroom is in dire need of renovation.
3. Some ceiling lights were broken or missing.
4. The cockroach problem in my room and the restaurant needs to be addressed urgently.
5. The kitchen staff should have the buffet completely ready by breakfast time; cereal and knives were only available upon request.
6. Given these shortcomings, the price of more than 5,500 INR/60 Euro is unjustified.
Otherwise, it was okay, and the staff was extremely friendly.
